Rude service. Don’t waste your money. There’s free wifi around , makes it fairly easy to avoid their horrible arrogant workers who ignore you and talk about you as they know you can’t understand.

I want to express my serious dissatisfaction with the services of Orange, to which I recently switched back. In the past, I had been with Orange and was then very disappointed with the coverage and internet quality. Despite my initial hesitations, I switched a few months ago after being called by an Orange employee who promised improvements, including new cables for much better internet quality. Unfortunately, the promised good coverage and internet quality were not delivered. On the first floor, I had almost no coverage, and after purchasing an Asus router, as advised by Orange, my internet worked well, and I had nothing to complain about. However, problems arose with the modem after a few months. The LAN ports stopped working, causing the amplifier to fail. Downstairs, the Wi-Fi was unstable and frequently cut out. After multiple contacts with customer service, where I had to wait patiently for two weeks due to a malfunction and received a discount (which was not applied as agreed, requiring multiple follow-up calls) and extra data for my device to use as a hotspot at home, a technician was finally sent. He came in, performed measurements, and immediately concluded that there was no coverage. After adjusting the wiring, the technician claimed everything was working again (although the Wi-Fi problems were not resolved). Just before finishing, the technician, while my sick baby was crying, responded to my care-needing baby with an unacceptable: 'Oh, I need to leave quickly; it's giving me a headache.' After this, I contacted Orange again, and another technician was supposed to be sent (which never happened after the following incident). Recently, I received a high invoice for technician costs, even though the problem was not fixed. The technician noted that nothing was wrong, leading to the technician costs. Upon receiving this invoice, I immediately contacted customer service. I spoke with a gentleman, provided my customer details, and as soon as I wanted to report my problem, he started shouting and did not give me a chance to tell my story. He claimed that I simply didn't want to understand, refused to come up with a solution despite my repeated attempts to explain and offer solutions, and hung up, saying they 'couldn't do anything.' After repeated calls and hours on the line with various Orange representatives, initially, a friendly staff member promised compensation, but there was a malfunction, and I had to call back within an hour to resolve this. During my later follow-up, everything was denied, and I was told I was not entitled to anything, and the modem was working fine. I have documented and recorded all conversations and am willing to provide them to clarify my situation. I am deeply disappointed in the way things have unfolded and expect a swift and fitting resolution.

Ghastly! Avoid Orange telecom Belgium! I have paid them the same bill of €56,24 TWICE and two weeks after they still refuse to pay back on false pretext. No written procedures to fail a complaint, only call centre in North Africa. They really don't care about you, just cashing in money in an honest or dishonest way as in my case. Avoid them! Total disgrace.

Horrible customer service -- the person who sold me the plan misinformed me. When I went to get it changed at La Halles shop (Paris) they said I had to go to Orange Opera. So I walked 16 min to get there. Then they were very nasty and had me wait without telling me that people who had an appointment, even though they came in 15-20 min after me, would be served first. Then the nasty woman greeting people with the appointment pad told me to call 3900 to get the problem resolved (I wanted to switch to a different plan). I went back to my residence, and sat on the phone for almost 20 min waiting for someone to interrupt the automatic reply. Wish I had stayed with Vodafone, which I had taken in Italy.

On 27.11.2021 walked into Orange shop in (Habeberas / Torevieja) Explained agent I am looking for new contract which should include (SIM, eSIM, and 30GB) Agent have been trying to creat account for 3 hrs. to creat account, when I asked how long it will take (she replied this is Spain, you need to be patient) After 3 hrs. I told agent I DO NOT want any contract, and requested her to cancel it. She got angry, and told to me to SHUT UP, and leave the shop. Called Customer support requested them to cancel my request, meanwhile have received I have received cancelation confirmation. Orange is asking me to pay bill for the month as well panelty. for weeks now unable to check the balance of my PAYG phone, with message response that they are aware of a problem and asking to try later. Had been like it for over a month and cust. ser. now said that unless you migrate to EE, Orange customers can not obtain balance via text. So why lie to us with misleading messages in response to balance request. Ignorant, arrogant and irresponsible service with no regard for paying customer. Outrageous - actually I blame EE

This company is a rip off. Over the phone they quoted me $35 plus a $15 trip charge. I told them that this was a home lock. I expected that the price was going to be a bit higher once they arrived. Upon arrival of the locksmith, was able to get into my home very easily it probably only took her 10 minutes to get in. I was then given a bill for $180.00. I was told by the locksmith that their base price for a residential lock was $180 and it goes up from there. They should disclose that when you call for service instead of using a bait and switch business model and suck people in with a low price. After calling to complain they could care less that I was unhappy. Mikka the person that I spoke to on the phone has horrible customer service skills. She would talk over me and not try to understand my problem and concern. I could tell that she was well seasoned at just telling people too bad. I will never use this company again and would strongly advise anyone else to not use them either. They are a RIP OFF!!!!

Pay as you go - nightmare trying to top up! Was at 27p credit, when initially tried to top up via mobile, it put me through to customer services number, informed me there would be a one-off fee of 25p that you have to agree to pay before they put you through to a rep, once I'd agreed it took the 25 p and cut me off! Then via landline, on hold forever...no indication of how long you'll be waiting or where you are in the queue...whole process took an hour - what's excellent about that customer service?

I just cancelled a sim only and a payg sim which did not arrive I am not used to being talked over when I am trying to speak to customer service or accounts department on the phone. Really bad experience of a rude staff member with an inability to listen. Please teach your staff that not listening and talking over people is just bad manners. It was an unpleasant experience which I cut short. This is not good business.
