My previous review has been removed, I have not been contacted by orange badge to try and resolve my issue. Orange badge need to start resolving issues instead of ignoring them. After 3 months of trying to reason with them I have had to start reviewing.

Twice i have had to call to find out what is happening with regards to a mobility scooter repair Orange badge do not phone to let you know what is happening Three weeks keeping a scooter for a repair without a phone call is disgusting customer service

We had a very dodgy salesman who gave my mum a kiss on the cheek as he left after we'd put the deposit on the stairlift. My mum only used the stairlift for two weeks and now we're having problems getting a refund on the warranty

I bought a brand new mobility scooter for 1295. It has broken down twice. I accepted the first repair. The second breakdown is due to first repair not having been done fully. Ive been without the scooter for several weeks in all and the company are insist I accept the 2nd repair and ignoring my consumer rights. They are nice when they want your business but not as nice when things go wrong. they are now threatening to remove the scooter from their warehouse if I do not accept its return. disgusting way to treat sick. disabled and vulnerable customers.

Ordered a mobility scooter from them, paid deposit because they said it needed to be ordered. Three months later we rung them up several times, they eventually said it would take another three months to deliver it and laughed at my mum then hang the phone up.

The after sales service is not the best, promise to call you back then don't,once you do get to talkto them you wait days for someone to come round leaving you stuck at home

Once they have your money you are forgotten after sales service does not exist in this company, as for the maintenance woman can't relay a simple message not sure if it's poor training, laziness or plain stupid to ask an engineer to call me !! Not difficult is it.? They just don't care.

I ordered two reclining chairs by phone and was told that they were in stock and would be delivered a week later. When the following week I had not heard from them, I phoned and was told there was a delay with the supplier but delivery would be by the end of the next week. When they still had not contacted me when the chairs had not arrived, I had to phone again and was informed finally they would be with me the start of the following week. The chairs arrived in delivery window and are fine and the delivery guys were helpful and friendly. The frustrating part and lower rating is because no one kept me informed, I having to chase them to find out what was happening.
