“Purchased Meyra Optimus 2 RS and from the very first day of making purchase Orange Badge was there for me to answer any questions I had and was always very nice and professional on the telephone. On the day of delivery the delivery driver had set off at 7:30am in the morning to travel to Salford Manchester and arrived with my new chair in good time. The driver / engineer set up my chair to how I liked it and explained how to operate the chair and it's workings. Fabulous service from a highly professional mobility company.”

“We needed an emergency bathroom fitted so my dad could come home from hospital. Everyone I spoke to at Orange Badge from the very first enquiry was extremely helpful and visits were arranged with a wide range of products to chose from. The bathroom was fitted last week and has been an absolute game changer for my parents. Steve the fitter was also lovely. Thank you so much and we will definitely use your services again.”

Slight problem with delivering it 300 miles down the road Due to Covid affecting delivery drivers, but it got here.”

“Very pleased with Orange Badge! I visited their huge showroom on a Monday, met Paul for a lengthy and informative chat, and discussed the benefits of the various stairlifts in the showroom. He came out to our home (an hour away) the following morning, made the survey, and we were delighted that our Bruno stairlift was then quickly installed by Rob, just eight days later! This stairlift has made such a difference for my wife, who was finding the stairs a bit of an issue, but the operation of the kit is so easy, comfortable and quiet, I often use it just for the ride! We're considering other assistance soon, like a better shower etc., and won't be looking elsewhere!”

“Once they have your money you are forgotten after sales service does not exist in this company, as for the maintenance woman can't relay a simple message not sure if it's poor training, laziness or plain stupid to ask an engineer to call me !! Not difficult is it.? They just don't care.”
