“Really easy to follow compared with my previous first aid training, I always find it challenging to remember exactly what I have been tought in these sessions but this time i can specifically remember some of the actions needed so I thought it was a big improvement, thank you.”

“Day was well prepared for and organised. Loved the booking form and ease of completion - covered everything that we needed to communicate for the trainer and also to the delegates attending. However, the follow up wasn't quite as slick - we are still having to chase manuals that should have been handed out on the day and had to keep chasing for the certificates, which eventually took 4 weeks to be emailed though.”
