“Excellent process from initial booking to receiving the certificates after the course. We had to change our original date and found it easy to do with just a phone call Lydia changed our date for us no problem. The trainer was very knowledgeable and also made everyone on the day feel comfortable and at ease and also added lots of humour which we all enjoyed. The certificates came within a couple of weeks via email. I would highly recommend Onsite First Aid Training Company.”

“Team was very professional and helped me best they could. I wanted to use a pillow for CPR and they checked this out for me. Karen the first aid tutor was fabulous with parts being quizzes and making thins entertaining. Very professional also.”

“Exceptional training. It was refreshing to have the same trainer return as it keeps consistency for our employees. Very thorough and would highly recommend them. We had one employee who trained elsewhere and she was catered for in the refresher as it was the same qualification standard. Very pleased.”
