“Ray did a fantastic job fixing the wiring of a delicate mid-century chandelier and did it in the most professional & polite manner, communicating to me throughout and patiently taking the time to explain what the problem was. It took him less than an hour from when I called to when he actually arrived on site and the chandelier is now fixed. Very happy with how professional everything was handled.”

“Mr Pilgrim attended to repair a socket which had blown and also installed a new fuse box for me. He very kindly also replaced bulbs in light fittings which I was unable to reach. He worked both speedily and most efficiently and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.”

“The engineer was punctual for appointments and had a very pleasant and reassuring manner and a thorough approach to problem diagnosis. We agreed an acceptable way forward for problem resolution and the works were carried out promptly and vey neatly. I will certainly use Mr Pilgrim for any future electrical projects and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing diagnosis of electrical problems and remedial action.”

“I had an electrical fault in my flat that was also affecting the hot water supply. It was a complex nightmare that I didn't understand at all. Onsite electrical were punctual, patient and efficient at solving what we discovered was a very weird set of problems. They explained everything to me carefully, making sure I understood what was happening at each step. Aside from fixing the problems, they also gave me some great advice on how to prevent problems in the future. It was evident they really cared. I would highly recommend the team to anyone.”

“I telephoned Onsite Electrical Services about installing some LED lights in our bathroom,and replacing the RCD consumer unit to update to current standards. “Our water pump stopped working and we weren’t sure if it was a plumbing or electrical problem. Ray replaced the pump and got our water working again. He then replaced our circuit board as it was out of date. He was always on time, reliable and a good communicator.”

“We have engaged Onsite Electrical Services several times now for handling various electrical maintenance issues and improvements for the property management company I run for an apartment block. This contractor is undoubtedly one of the best we have encountered over the last 12 years and has combined excellent professional skills with a very good, courteous and helpful approach towards us as a client. Some of the tasks have been difficult to handle and have required 'going the extra mile' to get the job done. It has been a real pleasure every time we have used them.”

“Extremely prompt response to our call out.. Engineer explained in detail what had to be done to solve problem . Final bill was exactly what original quote was. Engineer cleaned up after completing his tasks. Found engineer to be extremely professional . Certainly will use him again”

“Excellent service delivered by Ray Pilgrim. When our trip switch malfunctioned and couldn't be reset, due to a fault with the switch itself, Ray was able to diagnose the problem quickly and replace the switch with one he had brought with him. Extremely polite, tidy, efficient and very professional. Would not hesitate using him again if needed. Thanks Ray”

“Saturday morning we had no electricity after my husband had managed to cut the power cable to the boiler. I googled for an electrician and called Onsite hoping they could help. Ray was with us within the hour & had sorted our problem in no time. I expected to wait ages for someone to come out so was very relieved to receive such a prompt service. Will be keeping their details just incase hubby tries any DIY in future!”

“Excellent, efficient service. Reliable and polite. Turned up when I requested. Very happy with work carried out. Replaced/ rewired external night light and fixed internal timer switches. (Turned up even though it was snowing). Returned when I had another job very quickly. Would have no hesitation to use again, or to recommend to others. Thank-you.”

“Onsite were fantastic in assessing us for our Electrical Installation Condition Report and PAT our appliances. As we are open 6 days a week they were very accommodating by doing this on a Sunday.
