I have to say the delivery speed is very fast. Also, packaging is classic and impressive. But the roses are not as fresh as I've expected. Some red and pink petals already got a little bit black, which made me somehow disappointed. This also affects my impression on ur luxury brand image.”

“I am really disappointed with the roses that were delivered . I had saved up and spent a lot of money on these roses for my girlfriend as I believed they were the best in london and would last for ages . However after literally a day a couple of roses of died and then after couple of days by yesterday morning they had all died and become all droopy . My girlfriend was particularly upset as she read the manual on how to treat them properly and still they didn't last at all . I am really upset and disappointed about this as I truely believed they were the best .”
