“I placed my order by phone and was greeted by an extremely helpful lady who certainly went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My kitchen island was delivered on time and was very well packaged to avoid any damage whilst in transit. I am very happy with the quality of the product and would definitely recommend this company. All in all first class service from start to finish. Thank you.”

“Lovely furniture, as on web site...packaged and delivered with care. I ordered 4 items - and there was confusion about delivery date - I kept getting conflicting information about this monday or next - and then I realised that both were going to happen... so I got the nest of tables on the date I had negotiated originally and then the chest of drawers, the storage chest and bed side table the following monday. Confusing. The delivery company drivers telephoned 30 mins before the deliveries - and they helped unpack the furniture, carried it to the bedroom and took away the packaging.”

“When we unpacked the hall bench we saw that it was damaged. The amount of packing was excessive so it must have been damaged before packing. I decided to try and colour in the chip/missing paint. The packing has made dents in the upholstery in the four corners which after a few weeks is still very obvious. Not impressed.”

“My chest of draws arrived as promised. The men took it upstairs and unpacked it. I am very pleased with the quality of the drawers and promptly ordered a bookcase as well. My only concern was the bookcase was left on the driveway and I had to struggle to get it in the house without damaging it,”

“Unfortunately we had to move the mirror hanging hooks because they weren't in the right place so we couldn't hang the mirrors straight up on the wall. My friend who had also ordered the same round window mirrors had the same problem. It was a real nuisance and I thought it was very careless of the company that made them as they were expensive. They were also delivered over a month later than originally promised.”
