“I purchased the remote controled, battery operated picture light and I am very impressed with the quality and ease of assembly. Delivery was great and on time. Unfortunately the remote control sent with the light doesn’t work. I have sent an enquiry into customer service so will see how responsive they are before giving more stars.”

“I was very happy with the choice of lighting available on the website and with the communication regarding dispatch of my order and delivery time slot. However....my order didn't arrive and tracking next day showed it had been returned to the Yodel depot. This is likely to be because the courier couldn't find our address. A simple phone call would have enabled the driver to have instructions on how to find our house. Why is this not the default? I have arranged for the order to be delivered to another address. The fault lies with the courier and not Online Lighting.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!! I ordered 2 wall spotlights from them. At that time they had an option for the suggested bulbs, But the bulb suitable for the fixture which were necessary for my electrician to install them. A few days later I spoke with an agent who advise me that the bulbs were back in stock and I placed an order over the phone. Once `I received them the electrician did the install. But the bulbs they sent sits way-out above the edge of the spotlights. I contacted them about this and sent photos, but all they were willing to do was to replace the spotlights. This meant that I would have to call out the electrician to remove them and then come back again to install whatever replacement I deiced upon. This would be extremely costly to carry out. I rang again and apprised them of the situation and asked if they would be willing to meet some of the the re-install cost as it was their fault. They told me they would be unwilling to to do anything about it other than to send me 2 new spotlight units. This is the reason I'm giving them 1 star. If it were possible I would give them 0 stars. I recommend to go to another retailer as Online Lighting's customer service is really appalling.”

“I ordered a light but unfortunately it wasn’t as nice as it looked online. Laura in customer service organised a return for me and she was extremely helpful. The item was collected from my house and after speaking to Laura again to chase my return, she ensured the refund went through immediately. Even though the light wasn’t right this time, because of how my order and return was handled I will 100% order from then again. Well done Laura & Thank you”

“I placed an online order on 31st December. After not receiving the goods, I contacted customer services by email to ask if the order had been dispatched. A reply asked for my full name and address and that they would look into it. It's now 11th January and no goods or any further info from customer services - come on, it can't be that hard to check an order.”
