“1.scam company don't buy from them!!!!!! 2.Big warning you would loose time and money!!!!!!! 3. show picture 3 iron, on there website... Send me a 4 iron.... 4. the don't care, if you are not happy the reject to pay the 50 euro for shipping back.... People also not get there money when they ship products back you can read in trustpilot.....”

“Ordered some shoes. They Emailed me back after a couple of days to cancel my order. Then put shoes back on website as available. Seems bit dodgy to me, still haven't received my refund..”

“accepted order with next day delivery. Didn't arrive and then email a day later saying order cancelled because of low stock levels. Needed item and no time to get a replacement. Very poor don't use.”

“The order arrived in 3 days so that's the one star. I didn't like the bag and wanted to send it back. I had to pay €25 for sending it back to the UK. I didn't even know it CAME from the UK. Really RIDICULOUS! I will never order again.”

“I have ordered a pair of golf shoes. I have not received an order acknowledgement by email (usual practice when ordering online) and have had no response to a follow up email. Have tried several phone calls but no response. I'll give it a few days before I contact trading standards! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company.”

“Be careful ! Their website is in German, their URL is .de but the products come from outside the EU. This means that big duties must be paid before you got your goods. On an order of 191 Euro, I was requested to pay 72.5 Euro of import duties. This is not mentioned when you order and they give you the false impression that you order from a German website and German company. Be careful !!!”

“I never recieved the order. I've been waiting one month, calling them several times and always being told everything was fine and that I was going to recieve the order "tomorrow". This tomorrow never arrived. I had to contact with customs to find out what was going out, apparently they didn't provide them with the right info. Today I recieved a message from customs that the parcel was sent back to them because they didn't provide with the documents needed. Now, after one month I don't have my money and neither the parcel. Terrible experience, buy your clubs in another place!”

“Please do not waste your time with this website, I ordered two week the order was accepted, a week later there is no dispatch email or update on the order, if you try contact them good look getting a response. Terrible customer service.”

“Placed an order (xmas present), Got confirmation email. The payment showed as pending for a week then came back into my bank. Emailed them twice with no response, thanks for wasting my time, Awful customer service, if something is out of stock then let the customer know or update your website. I have ordered from another company and my item is on its way, xmas saved, no thanks to this company. Don’t waste your time!!!”

“Ordered a golf bag for relative, after several weeks heard nothing, despite order confirmation! contacted them, they said it was out of stock.....but why didn't they let me know, or was it in stock at the time but didn't bother to process the order! I have them a chance to respond to my complaint, but they didn't bother so if they don't care, why would customers!! Obviously I could not recommend this company at this point in time. Up to you....u have been warned!!!”
