“Excellent Service from ordering to delivery. I phoned before making my purchase online as I had a couple of queries. They were very helpful and polite and the I used the website easy to order, which was so easy. I had emails and text messages to inform me of delivery updates, etc. My floor arrived on time, no damaged boxed and the delivery person was very helpful. The product looks amazing and I cannot wait for it to be laid. I will definitely be using One Stop Flooring again.”

“I’m delighted with my new Boen ash wood engineered flooring. It looks very elegant and is easy to clean. The One Stop Flooring is a great company to deal with and keeps the customer informed of the order’s progress. Their prices are also very competitive. It can take a few weeks to manufacture the flooring in Scandinavia if not in stock in the U.K., but the wait is worth while as the final product when installed is simply stunning. I highly recommend OSF as a flooring supplier of choice. It takes a few weeks to manufacture the flooring in Norway but the wait is well worth it.”

“I was able to park in B&Q. The exterior of the store looks a bit scuzzi but the interior had an excellent display of wide ranging flooring. Delivery was prompt and the driver was very helpful.”

“Cheapest price for our Kahrs flooring compared to anywhere else. Answered all our questions quickly. Floor had to be delivered from Sweden but it arrived in the timeframe given. We were impressed that they were able to deliver so quickly after they had received it themselves (same or next day depending on arrival time). Would use them again.”

“We were impressed with the service from One Stop Flooring. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the flooring arrived within 3 days. The price was also the best we found anywhere. The courier who delivered wasn't so good - 1 man with a large curtain-sided lorry needed our help to offload the wood flooring and insisted he had to leave the pallet with us, as it was taking up space on his (almost empty) vehicle.”
