Fast delivery but box had been opened to combine shipping with another item, poorly sealed back up and then looked like it had been dropped several times. No damage to the product but as this is a baby shower gift not ideal with it looking so tatty.

Great product but not happy that the postage was so expensive. Postage should've been cost price. Making money on postage is a form of fruad.

I ordered a baby gate 5th April needed latest 9th April ~ delivery 1to3 days. Unfortunately still haven't received by courier its not even on its way apparently still being processed. I had my granddaughter the weekend & needed this desperately.

Ok experience. The gate is fine apart from lock at the bottom, doesn’t lock, no way that works. Had to use the gate or our puppy would’ve trashed the house!!

Item description not good. Product was nice but not what I thought it was going to look like. Colour said Mauve but was baby pink. There wasn't enough photos, description or dimensions given. Based on the little info I could see I was quite surprised at the type of fabric underneath the bib, it was far to thick and the bib was also huge!

Oliver's baby care themselves were fab. The product I ordered was faulty and they sent a replacement through straight away. The product itself (Callowese Pinto Rocking Horse) was not well designed and hard to assemble because of ill-fitting grooves/screws but, after a lot of effort, it looks nice.

Ordered 2 items, first was delivered really quickly. Second item was completely forgotten and when I tried to contact I waited days and got no response so lost out on money and still didn’t get the item.

They use royal mail for delivery...not only was this late but when it did come they put a card through the door even though in. Card telling us to go to a collection office miles away which is shut Sunday and won't be able to get to before going on holiday which was reason for purchase so won't be able to assess quality of goods.
