“We were passing the Store in Byres Road Glasgow and I fell in love with a patchwork bedspread. We found the store and staff welcoming ,friendly and helpful . I didn’t get the name of the person who helped us , but she was very patient & showed me other options . She had dark hair and was wearing a hair band/scarf . We bought the bedspread and she and another member of staff managed to get a huge item into a fab cloth bag , making it easy for us to carry. Great service. Please pass on our thanks.”

“My wife ,dog and I rain soaked went into the Harrogate store. My wife wanted to look at earrings. We were greeted at the door by a member of staff who welcomed us to the store. She directed us to use an umbrella stand which we did. All the staff were smiling. A member of staff helped in a non intrusive way re earrings. My wife bought two pairs I bought one for her as we love each other. She got three in total. We both remarked on the way out to each other how fabulous and friendly the staff are. The earrings are pretty and really cool.”
