“Sadly, I couldnt even get my foot into these boots, they were quite narrow and no give to pull them on. Within 5 minutes of them arriving i was arrange for a return delivery”

“I live in Germany now and the only store I miss in the UK is Oliver…when I went to the UK to visit family for England I went to all the Oliver’s I could find in London…each one were different but the thing that stayed the same was the amazing staff in each store!!”

“I love going into the store on Lisburn Road, as the staff are always so friendly and can't do enough to help you. I'm in love with Oliver Bonas and there's always something I could buy when I'm in. Got the lovely orange double zip cardigan. Only reason not a 5 star is has a few bobbles on it. I know that's how some jumpers/ cardigans go. Though I still love e it.”

“Beautiful earrings that were such a good price that I bought 6 and also ordered the boxes for birthday presents. There are going to be some very happy people when they open theirs up. Delivered quickly and kept up to date, thank you Oliver Bonas for such a fantastic deal.”

“I have shopped on line and in store. Online is easy and delivery speedy, and I usually spend sufficient to get free delivery. In store (Exeter) the staff are friendly and polite, and take great care to wrap purchases so breakable objects can be carried home safely.”

“Good however my order came with 2 empty boxes and bags i contacted customer services and a lovely lady replied saying she would resend my order, they arrived two days later. Highly reccomend”
