I would love to give a glowing review of my purchase. However, I still haven't received it and despite contacting Oliver Bonas on 3 separate occasions I don't think I will be getting it. No one seems to know where my order from the end of November is and I still haven't got a refund. Been promised that admin/support would get back to me but that's not happened either! Great eh?

I wanted to buy an e-gift card but due to a technical error with the system I couldn’t buy one. Therefore had to buy a normal gift card. I spoke to someone on the online platform who was very unfriendly and not particularly helpful. She said that she was going to refund me the delivery cost as a gesture of good will but I’m still waiting a month later for this. It isn’t about the monetary refund but just poor customer service.

Ordering was easy but our delivery by Evri was left behind a bin and was not there when we went to retrieve it so we lost the first parcel and had to order again..

I ordered this plant pot and stand online for a Christmas present and it arrived smashed to pieces having been very poorly packed. I contacted OB customer care and they organised a replacement, this also arrived smashed to pieces having been poorly packed. I contacted OB again to ask for refund which I have received. Not very impressed OB

Very disappointed as the beautiful plant pot I ordered for my daughter in law arrived smashed. It was very poorly packed and the fragile label was very small! I didn’t risk ordering another one so did not purchase the item again! I will not be ordering anything again online.

None of the items arrived, order confirmation on 6th Dec, not arrived by 27th Dec. Tracked parcel says there is a delay. Emails to OB contact us address, no response. Poor service all round. Money deducted from bank account, no goods and no explanation

Jacket was enormous, sleeves were far too wide and long sizing was more an xxl than a large. Returned 14th Dec, received confirmation parcel returned, 26th Dec now and still no refund in my account yet!!
