Brought for a friends birthday. Only to be emailed the day before delivery that it was out of stock even though already paid and ordered all online . Friend never got her birthday present .

Terrible experience. Purchased this mug as a Christmas present for my wife. Was notified of a delivery date and then unexpectedly was told that the item was out of stock leaving me no time to sort another present.

The advisor was lovely but one of the tops was reduced to 25.00 and I was charged 30.00 and didnt realise it until I was home and I had no time to go back to store as it was for a birthday present today but item was clearly marked 25.00

Took me three attempts to receive this item, the first it was lost in transit, the second was in store but they were out of stock and the third they finally arrived but one of the glasses was broken.

Looked fabulous in the photo but arrived so tangled that I couldn’t use it as the gift it was intended for, so couldn’t really vouch for what the necklace is actually like.

Unfortunately this order was placed well in time for Christmas but then just went missing…with no proactive communication from OB. I had to chase it up; in the end the original order was cancelled and re-delivered but arrived well after Christmas.

I would recommend if you want this product to buy it in-store as the delivery service used by Oliver Bonas is shocking. Ordered and paid for next day delivery but never received it. Spoke with customer service every day for weeks as it was a gift and every day was told that delivery was imminent but ended up just having to get a refund as it never arrived.

My item arrived dirty and damaged. When I returned it I could only claim te cost back and didn't get a refund for the delivery cost.

I ordered the necklace as a gift for Christmas and paid extra for the jewellery gift box. I ordered this along with a few other items which all arrived in a large box. Unfortunately, the necklace wasn’t in any packaging at all and looked like it had been chucked into the box, it had got tangled up on the bottom of the box and it took me a long time to untangle it. It’s put me off ordering from here again.

I never recieved my goods as they were left directly on my doorstep. They could've been delivered to a neighbour, they could have been put into my black box around the side, but they decided apparently to leave it at my front door. I had a photo from the delivery company showing a handholding it next to my letterbox but it would not fit in box,

Bloody awful. Ordered 8th December, still not received. Customer service useless even when going in to the store. How hard can it be to send a picture in the post? Rubbish, not recommended

This was a gift selected by the recipient's mum (she sent me a weblink to it) and I'll be honest, I was really embarrassed to hand this over to my niece in her 20's. I cannot believe that this little bit of flimsy cheap plastic cost what it did. I can honestly say you'd get better quality from a pound shop. I ordered it gift boxed just to try and make it look a bit more 'gifty', but this tiny comb came in a box that was far too big for it, and OB had packed it out with some horrible cheap brown packing paper and just stuck the comb on top. At the same time as ordering this comb I also ordered myself what I thought was a pretty little glass jar for storing cosmetic bits in, and that was poor quality with cloudy glass and scratches on it too. Overall, very disappointed. First time ordering from here, and definitely won't again. Even if it is for a birthday present I don't trust the product quality or the common sense of the picking & packing staff to giftbox it nicely.

I would love to give a glowing review of my purchase. However, I still haven't received it and despite contacting Oliver Bonas on 3 separate occasions I don't think I will be getting it. No one seems to know where my order from the end of November is and I still haven't got a refund. Been promised that admin/support would get back to me but that's not happened either! Great eh?

I wanted to buy an e-gift card but due to a technical error with the system I couldn’t buy one. Therefore had to buy a normal gift card. I spoke to someone on the online platform who was very unfriendly and not particularly helpful. She said that she was going to refund me the delivery cost as a gesture of good will but I’m still waiting a month later for this. It isn’t about the monetary refund but just poor customer service.
