I specifically asked for the gift exchange receipt as I was purchasing a gift for my mother-in-law, but the salesperson didn’t put that in. Also, they removed the branding tag with the model number and stuff from the necklace, so now it looks second-hand even though I purchased a gift box and a paper bag for extra.

Item had paint brush marks. As it was a gift disappointing. Store etc had been helpful ordering item.

Ordered one, it came with cracked glass...ordered second one...came with cracked glass. Either poor product, or more likely poor packaging leading to damage during transit. Fed up.

Unfortunately sizing was v poor. I read reviews n ordered size less but still way too big and had to return. Shame as was lovely quality garment. Had prompt return and refund thank you.

Store was fine but the bag arrived and smelt of fish. I asked via online chat to be told it's not an issue. It clearly is as there are other reviews saying the same. I was told it happens with the way it's stored.... then please don't sell it or make us aware!!! So expensive to smell like that and knowingly sold like that.

The company were fantastic when my sunglasses didn’t arrive as part of my order and sent out a pair in the post within a couple of days.

I purchased a charm bracelet and three charms. All of the charms kept coming off, the detachable charms do not have a secure fastening. I lost one out of three and kept losing the other two but found them again. Would not but this product again sadly.
