Why did I pay £3.00 for Royal Mail to deliver. Still took 5 days to deliver??????

Products didn't have very good dates on ,I actually mentioned this on ordering bu still only got five months date on them which is very bad

E-cigs poor, air-flow poor and inconsistent useability. Moved onto a different product, OK Pod, which then went out of supply for a considerable time. Took business elsewhere. I liked the pods and considered an upgrade, but the overall OK Vape site and business? No so sure.

tips very hard to open also batteries dont seam to last any amount of time got 4 new batteries delivered 1 wasnt working

I ordered 3 eliquid refills and only recieved one. I would rate the product highly, just disappointed the order was not correct.

I have been buying 10 Motives for more than 10 years and decided to change to OK Vape as they were similar but cheaper. I bought 3 of the regular batteries and 3 of the larger super king style. I fully charged and numbered each, and have used each one twice. All are useless at holding a charge, at best they last for about 5 hours but most only last for 2 or three hours, this is significantly leas than 10 motives which have always lasted at least a day on full charge. I am disapointed by this and will be returning to 10 motives.

Hi Debbie, Many thanks for your review - we value all customer feedback and are truly sorry to hear that our cigalike batteries did not live up to your expectations. Our K1 Batteries are supposed to last around 300 puffs between charges, and our K2 Superking Batteries 450 puffs - this will obviously vary depending on your vaping style and habits and are an approximate guidelines. If you feel the batteries did not meet these guidelines, then please do get in touch with us via email at info@okvape.co.uk so we can take some further information and try to resolve this. I'm disappointed because I didn't expected it to be so sweet. It's like I'm vaping liquid sugar. The strawberry and blueberry ones I can not use, they are so sweet, they make me sick. Even the menthol one is more sweet than menthol. I would have liked the tobacco one, but again, sweet. I've bought 12 packs at my first order and I can barely smoke the cream and mint. I feel less sugar taste with that.

As a loyal customer for the best part of a year, I have watched service from this company decline. Free postage is now 48 hour not 24. All my bonus points have vanished with their new bonus system appearing. I love the products, but the cost is increasing way above inflation.

The free service has improved however as it is now fully trackable; which seemed a very desirable feature from the feedback we have had from our customers. We did have to increase our prices in September last year, but we had not increased our prices at all for the previous 10 years. Due to cost increases, this was unavoidable - but there have no increases since and the current prices will remain for the foreseeable. I can’t really give a good review as my order that was placed in December has still not arrived. Yes there have been postal strikes but there has been deliveries of other stuff from DPD and the Royal Mail to other members of my family since, so at the moment my review is not positive. My order number is 808095 in case anyone at Ok Vape wants to respond

Good value: both batteries and the nicotine capsules lasted amazingly long. Produced loads of smoke! However, rapidly gave me a cough. Ten Motives product doesn't do that (though more expensive).

Never responded to a query. Still waiting part of my order.... Product is rubbish - filters last for about half a day. Battery even shorter. Its in the bin.

Very disappointed that I'm now going to have to change to a diffeeant vape as you've more than doubled your price almost the price off cigarettes . I spent alot of money on your site . Won't be buying anymore at that price my friend's feel the same your going to lose alot off customers.

Hi Linda, We have recently changed the OK pod range back to its original retail prices as introductory prices were offered throughout Spring. We are still very competitively priced with most pre-filled pods on the market priced at around £3 per pod, and our new pod refill multibuys offer prices from as little as £6 for 3 pods. Several times the refill will not screw into the battery end ! I have saved a brand new 1 that I can send to you ! I have 3 batteries and it will not screw in any of them !?
