“The actual order went thru as expected,with no issues ,I'm just left with a slight doubt that all the refills are as close to the same as they should be, the reason I say this is so far once outa my first order and up to now once out ov this order ,there's been no taste at all from the refill ,aost like it's labeled as E when it should be M . If u know what I mean . I'm not complaining,I'm merely telling u so u know”

“The service for delivery is fast which is good. The Menthol flavour refills are okay but the tobacco flavour refills are absolutely disgusting and they give me chest pains. Please make some nice flavours. Thanks!”

“Only 4 today as I had one filter that I could not draw anything through. I have had a few of these and thought nothing of it just binned it and got another one but it is getting rather expensive to do this. What is my best course of action?”

“The OK vape pods were excellent value at £4.50 and satisfied my needs having needed to stop using tobacco. I’ve been using these, previously OK vape cigalike (formerly Nicocig) since 2013. Sadly the price hike to £9.00 for a packet of three pods does mean that I’ll be researching alternatives.”

Hi Simon, We have recently changed the OK pod range back to its original retail prices as introductory prices were offered throughout Spring. We are still very competitively priced with most pre-filled pods on the market priced at around £3 per pod, and our new pod refill multibuys offer prices from as little as £6 for 3 pods. “I tried OK after Niccocigs stopped being available &, whilst the taste is ok, I find that there is more of an odour than with Niccocigs. Also,I do not like the fact that there is so much writing on the barrel of the battery. Finally, why does the K2 not come with the option of an orange tip? Blue is hardly realistic.”

“I have been a customer with you for a while now. I get pretty much the same multibuy every time I order. I have no real problems with the tips ordered but I have been a tad annoyed that when I pay for next .day delivery ( that’s £3.12 extra) it’s not been arriving on the next day but on a day or so later. Now this happens with either delivery people, Royal Mail or DPD. Now that may seem a small amount to pay, but for me it’s not. Other than that , I’m sure everyone gets the odd blank or strange smelling tip, I have and I still would recommend you to anyone. Thank you Ok Vape.”
