“While I was happy with purchase, since actually buying some refills from the supermarket I found that the quality of them not as good as in the starter pack, in fact they are really mild and tasteless to me , so hopefully if I buy from you maybe I’ll get better ones .”

“I am used to 16 strength but had to purchase 12 as you don't do 16 only 18 which is too strong. However 12 is a bit weak so please can you stock 16 and then I'll be very happy thank you”

“I really like the pods, particularly because there’s no smell from them and while smokey enough, they’re not a big cloud like some others. The Kudos points are a waste of time though, it’s been telling me I have 8 points for months, this has never changed despite several purchases of £70 odd plus. At least with the old points system I got money off, the more I bought. I have no idea what the point of these Kudos points are. Also, I get annoyed at the frequency of Emails, looking like there may be some extra special discount deal going on the pods, then when I open it up, it’s the standard, exact same discount for multi buying as is always on. These things aside, the pods are still my favourite”
