“Have been using OK Vape for a few years now. Always found ordering and reciept very straight forward and love the product. Very disappointed that they have now stopped the loyalty scheme. My last order very expensive. What is the point of being loyal? May have to look into a more cost effective vape product now 😒”

“Very expensive now. Can buy you’re product from third party suppliers much cheaper. Kudos points disappeared. Put back on after a transaction of £270 rather than offering to refund the difference. More and more of the cartridges are duds and don’t last nearly as long”

“I usually order Ok Vape cartridges from Health and Care, but my last order with them was delayed in the post so I ordered 5 packets directly with Ok Vape to tide me over whilst that was sorted. These arrived in good time, but I was surprised at how much more expensive they are to buy directly from the supplier than from a third party retailer. My advice to fellow Ok Vapers is to shop around.”

“Can not believe iv been a non smoker for 18mts, these lookalike vapes are fab, do not even think about buying a packet of cigs anymore,finding this company is the best thing i ever did, after 60 years of been a heavy smoker i never thought i would see the day when i would give them up. For anyone out there who is checking this company out, give it a chance you might be surprised.There delivery and customer services is top notch. “I placed an order on the 25th November still waiting on it this doesn't happen normally it must be due to the postal strike my orders arrive in 4_6 days as a rule.”
