“I was very impressed by Offpeakluxury They had to contact the hotel to check availability as I requested a twin room It was a special deal that could only booked over the internet and I wouldn't have got this if I had booked direct with the hotel Thank you”

“Lovely to speak to a real person who understood exactly what I was looking for and the right price. I was also pleased not to be ‘upsold’ although the hotel in question was trying it on. Very efficient with emails and follow up phone calls. I felt in efficient safe hands which is worth a lot in these days of scams.”

“I recently booked a few days in Laveham via a your website. Unfortunately the confirmation sent to me no details of what I have booked for etc dates, only that I'd booked a something via the website. This resulted in a lot of confusion regarding dates etc. I think there is room for a lot of improvement.”
