Thank you for your review. Having looked into this I can see that you have ordered a made to order product that is on a 6-8 week lead time. The product arrived but I can see that you have requested a change to the installation address, which has caused an additional delay. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this and can see that an install date will be confirmed this week.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. Having looked into the issue, I can see that the courier delivered to the incorrect property. We then offered to pick this up and redeliver however you declined this offer. We have escalated this with the courier in question and they will be speaking to the individual driver to ascertain what happened and why the delivery was made to the incorrect address. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

“Order was initially damaged but a quick email to customer services had it rectified. They arranged next day delivery of replacement parts and the uplift of damaged ones. Service overall is pretty good.”

“The furniture itself it lovely but delivery and notification of delivery was dreadful. The items were delivered to the wrong address and as I’d not received notification I was not aware until 4 days later when the house owner where the furniture had been delivered knocked on the door.”

“The desk I ordered is super good. The installation is very simple and the instructions are clear. Once it’s built it looks so clean and it is very spacious. Also the delivery time was crazy good, next day delivery and arrived very early.”

“Excellent service, Zaneta was just brilliant as I needed to return some shelves and exchange for ones with doors. Instead of returning, Zaneta organised doors to be sent out. This was attached to a larger order I had placed. NEXT day delivery too!!!!!”
