“Arrived damaged Thursday. Have emailed the company (Thursday). Awaiting reply (Sunday). Hopefully will be able to change the review once they reply and rectify the problem. No returns or exchange paperwork provided with delivery.”

“I came looking for claret and that’s what I got with a strong recommendation. I would have liked to put more filters in like ABV or food combination recommendations. However I still got what I needed: a birthday present for my Dad!”

After promptly investigating this issue we found that the address supplied was incomplete since there are multiple flat numbers at the location. The issue was immediately resolved with a new next day delivery made once our customer supplied the missing flat number at the address.

“There was an error in my order, sent as a gift. I phoned Oddbins and immediately they apologised and offered to remedy the error. An extra bottle to make up the original order was sent the same day, using the express service. I am most impressed by their customer service - rare in these times!”

“The wine was wonderful and that is why we shop at Oddbins. The South African pinotage was sublime. The delivery through Royal Mail was smooth and without hitch and the wine was brilliantly packed to protect all the bottles. What's not to like?”

This would usually happen when our courier tries to deliver to your recipient address and no one is in. They would leave your parcel with a neighbour and send you the photo proving what house the parcel was left at along with the address details. Apologies for any inconvenience caused on this occasion.
