“Customer service was attentive / helpful but one of the products ordered on the website was not available, ended up with 2 bottles of rose instead of a bottle of white and a bottle of rose so quite an odd gift combo.”

“I would like to commend Dan, a member of your customer services staff, for suggesting an alternative after discovering the wine I ordered was out of stock. The order has now been received by my son-in-law, it is part of a birthday gift. I was also like to comment on the fact that your company recognises foreign addresses for uk cards when making payment. It makes life so much easier for people like me that live abroad. Thankyou again for such a brilliant service.”

“Not very impressed so far! I ordered a couple of bottles for a birthday, which was on Tuesday 30 May, and the delivery having got to Edinburgh at 6.01 am on Friday 26 May (plenty of time to deliver to just outside Stirling) the bottles are still at the delivery depot. I wonder for how much longer? This may be entirely Parcel Force's fault and not yours, but it's still irritating. I paid for next working day shipping.”

“Easy to order. The Breton cidre I wanted seems difficult to find these days, especially in 1 litre bottles - so I was pleased to find them at Oddbins. They are fairly pricey, but I guess that's everything these days, especially things from Europe. The threshold for free delivery is high - £100, I think. If it was lower, say £50, I would have ordered more bottles so I could hit that threshold and get free delivery. The order was packaged in good quality, safe, packaging.”
