“Pity the weather let as down, meaning not enough winds to actually do anything near storm sailing & using storm sailing tactics, but the skipper and crew members were excellent in every way I think there should be an option to organise at short notice for people to actually get to boat when there is a wind condition that will suit the course, giving that technology gives as that amount of time to see ahead”

“Ordered a jacket in the sale at a good price - it arrived simply folded up and wrapped tightly in black plastic - not overly impressed! The jacket normally sells in a stout ziplock back, but hey it was in the sale so straight off the peg probably. But the plastic wrapping was very thin and could easily have been snagged on something in a van etc. Luckily not! Had to be mega careful with scissors to open. I guess buying something at sale price means you're a second-class customer? Not how I'd do it if I were running a business. But very pleased with the jacket so many thanks.”

“The staff at ocean leisure are and have been very helpful and very friendly. They answer emails on time and know what they are talking about. I have been buying my underwater camera bits and pieces from ocean leisure for over 10 years now!!! And have just upgraded my camera and housing ( purchased from ocean leisure of course!!!) excellent service.”

“Excellent Customer Service! I contacted Ocean Leisure regarding a product that was no longer available. I received a prompt reply sadly to confirm they were unable to give a date when an item would be available. A few days later another email arrived, confirming they had received a return of the item I was interested in if I wanted it. I feel this was really superb service, to have kept my enquiry on file and got in touch following a return of the item. Excellent product too so very happy & will certainly deal with them again”
