“BEWARE This company takes orders and payment for stock they do not have, give you a delivery date which after a few days they cancel and then tell you delivery will be in 14/16weeks time”
“Still waiting for refund despite sending the furniture back months ago, we followed all their instructions to the letter. You have to wait for the furniture to land back in their warehouse to be checked prior for them to pay out refund.
Where is my money for the last returned item.”
“The company took our money for an order although they knew they were on the verge of applying for administration. Hopefully we will be refunded by our card company but OFS have let a lot of people down”
“Ordered and paid for a tv unit on December 3rd 2018. Told would take 10-12 weeks for dispatch received further email saying item would be delivered around 24th Jan. Then another email received just before 24th stating going into administration and cannot refund or cancel!!
