“Peter and the team from the get go were very professional. Oakdene were the only company to give us multiple options on our conservatory roof which allowed us to make an informative decision when choosing the style. After shopping around it was a no brainier but to choose Oakdene to carry out the works. They also kindly arranged for us to view a previous job that they had carried out which gave us confidence in the company. Materials arrived promptly and Andy and Jayden were both professional and informative the entire way through. Their attention to detail was second to none and all 3 guys went the extra mile. The plasters and electrician finished the inside off to an incredible standard and we now have another room to add to the house that can be used all year round. Would highly recommend Oakdene.”

“From start to finish, we have received the very best advice and skill from Oakdene's hardworking team. Despite the bitter temperature, Andy & his lads, Jude and Jayden, came every day, working long hours, listening to what we wanted and delivered a spectacular result. The contractors - electrician and plasterers - were also exemplary. In addition, the office staff were in regular contact to keep us updated and to check if we were satisfied as the work progressed (we were!) We have no hesitation in recommending Oakdene - we already have. Thank you Roger and Patricia Lander, Warwickshire”

“We also appointed Oakdene to replace our existing polycarbonate roof with a solid timber, tiled roof with Velux. I can only reiterate what has been said in all the previous reviews. My thanks to everyone involved:- To Peter for his professional guidance and advice. To Adam and Jill for their regular communication, updates and prompt responses to questions raised. To Andy, Jaiden and Jude for the excellent way they managed the replacement, particularly during challenging weather conditions. To Steve and Russell for carrying out the plastering in a prompt, tidy and efficient manner We too are delighted with the work which has transformed the conservatory to a natural extension of the house.”

“Fantastic company who are not pushy sales people from the start. They actually listened to what we wanted, pointed out some things we had missed and fully advised us on the best solid roof for our conservatory. They kept us fully informed throughout the install and prior to works starting and were a pleasure to deal with; nothing was too much. The conservatory looks great and is very toastie in this cold weather. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a conservatory roof. If I could give 6 stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Absolutely fantastic Company. Workmanship is first class, stay with the job until finished and are really accommodating. Most of all the site each day was left clean and tidy - I really can’t say that for any other builders I have come across. Oh- conservatory is fantastic- you will not go wrong with this Company.”

“From the start, working with Oakdene felt personal and important. All of our concerns were dealt with sympathetically and we were left feeling confident that our Conservatory was in good hands. All of the working team were great, friendly and responsive. All in all, we are very satisfied with our new roof and looking forward to spending a lot more time together in our transformed room! “Wow! our new Oakdene roof is amazing, the workmanship and dedication to detail are second to none. The whole Oakdene team went above and beyond, from Jill and Adam who gave weekly updates and were there the whole time. To the wonderful work done by Andy and Jude, they were just great guys and the attention to detail whilst building the roof was exceptional, the Plasters who put the finishing touch to the roof thanks guys. “The Oakdene team have been excellent. Very responsive and courteous at all times. They took time to understand what we wanted to do and came up with a clear proposal of how to replace our very large 20-year-old lean-to polycarbonate roof with a lightweight slate solution based on a timber frame. The work was done in about 7 working days and the work is to a high standard. We are very pleased with the result, and would happily recommend Oakdene for any similar project. No pictures yet - it's over to us for the redecoration and furniture moving. Having done some of the decorating during the 40C days we have had recently I can say that the difference in temperature that we have due to the fully insolated roof vs the old one is a revalation. Looking forward to seeing a similar effect in the depths of winter so we can make use of this space all year round.”

“The whole process has been first class from first contact to completion of the work our conservatory now feels a ‘complete’ part of the house. The staff were first class working in very hot weather and completed the job to a high standard.Throughout the process we were kept informed by Jill or Adam as to when the work was to start and answered any queries as the work progressed. We would recommend Oakdene to anybody thinking of having this work done at their home. Thankyou again. John and Michele Johnson”

“From beginning to end I could not fault Oakdene. At the first site visit it was explained how they would build the roof , what materials would be used and the schedule of build. Oakdene also carried out all the planning and building regulations approvals before work commenced. The communication from the office was accurate and able to answer any questions. When the trades got on with the new roof they completed it on time and the quality is outstanding. I work in construction my self and therefore feel able to say I would highly recommend Oakdene to anyone. Outstanding job and a outstanding team.”

“After engaging with several different firms all offering different solutions to replacing our old conservatory roof (size 23sq M) we decided to go with Oakdene, not based on price but on the professional manner & expertise in which we were dealt with by Peter, Jill & Adam. Peter visited us and did an extensive survey and offered us solutions we hadn't considered, like building the dwarf walls up. They weren't pushy with the sales pitch which allowed us time to consider the options (unlike some of their rivals) They undertook the work on the date they promised & completed it on time. Andy & the team who did the carpentry work were top-notch, very tidy in the finish & the roof looks amazing. These guys were always helpful & open to answering any questions I had. The plasterers & electrician were also highly skilled, clean & the work was excellent. I have no qualms in recommending this firm for their professionalism, quality of work, excellent Admin and outstanding customer service”
