“Subscription taken out of my bank twice still no reply to my email about that. Even after paying I had to wait over a week for subscription to go live so I could access it”

“"Great and useful. Some articles could have slightly more medical info\/detail to them. Also column for students only would be a good idea if not already there i.e. Useful tips on learning practice; some abbreviations used on wards etc. "”

“Although I rate the NT 4/5 the online subscription process I can only give 1/5. I had wanted to suscribe to the paper copy and pay in instalments but I seem to have subscribed to the online edition and I’m not sure how long my subscription is for nor how it will be paid - DD or SO. How do I cancel?”

“I recently signed up again after a break. The subscription was taken from Amazon pay twice. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get my money back, such a shame you have such poor customer service as NT is great. I am about to cancell due to the issues mentioned .”
