“Order arrived for 4 bras. 3 of which are great but 1 has a whole in. Emailed to be sent another or return. Had 1 reply saying will replace and heard nothing since, have emailed twice since still nothing. Want my money back or bra replaced”

“Poor. Ordered a bra, and was issues a refund 4 days later due to out of stock. I appreciate out of stock is unavoidable but for the company to take a few days to inform me of this when I was expecting it within this time through my letterbox.”

“No option for tracking. Ordered large due to the size guide being for larger chest and was no where near fitting sizing was totally off. Then sent the bras back in all packaging and have yet to receive my refund when parcel was receive by the company on the 8th of this month. Again not any correspondence on the return.”

“I don't even have my bra's they haven't been delivered what so ever. I have a newborn I was very skeptical so if they don't arrive I'll be contacting the fraud team I can afford to just buy thing's I need and don't receive them”

“I ordered on 18th of may still haven’t had the bra they mailed to say none in stock and wait a week for it to be in stock after me mailing them after a week they’ve said they can’t get it and choose another and I have and I’ve heard nothing after mailing a few time! I’ve still not received anything! What a waste of money :(”

“After charging me an additional £1 for international delivery and getting the address wrong, 9 days later my order was cancelled because it was out of order and I was only informed of this after I contacted the seller myself. Disappointment is an understatement.”

“Bought 2 bras and only recieved one with a note on piece a paper saying the 2nd bra will be with you in a few days. I am still waiting have emailed them but no response! No one has contacted me not a good service!”
