“We send 2 ids, 4th Sept we paid, you banked the money, 11th Sept we emailed you No reply, we phoned you on your 0345 number to have an answer machine tell us you don’t have a customer service line. We will not be using you again. Its the 16th Sept & we still don’t have the plates. Very Very Poor.”

“Excellent quality and price was lower than competitors. Number Plates Direct comply with the law requiring proof of ownership of the vehicle and also identity to show you are authorised to order and receive the plates. Other firms may seem cheaper but will add on extras and delivery charges to make a total far in excess of the Number Plate Direct Price. Delighted to be able to match my vintage plates with GB and Euro badge!”
