“Waste of money if you want to wear it more than once. I got three things here 2 hoodies and a shirt. After one wash the logos already started to come off. The second wash the clothes started to fade to white small white spots. Strings been coming out since first day. Only had these clothes for not even a whole 2 weeks and I regret spending money here. Walmart clothes are way cheaper and better made, this is sad!”

“Pleasantly surprised - quick delivery This was the only site selling the top I was after. Not only did I manage to get 20% off, the delivery was also quick. I placed the order on Saturday night and received the item by Monday morning. Overall, very happy with the price, product and service.”

“This place is definitely a scam, bouncebacks from email, the phone number doesn't work, no way to get hold of anyone to process returns that were sent back months ago. Don't touch it with a barge pole.”

“Avoid this company. Sent the wrong item, was asked to return it, Royal Mail made 4 unsuccessful attempts at delivery, now item has been returned to me. Don't answer the phone no reply to e mails. What a bunch of thieves!”

“This company is a joke, returned a coat but Royal Mail couldn’t deliver it due to no answer 3 times, they haven’t returned my emails and don’t answer the phone so my parcel is on it’s way back to me. So angry!!”

“Avoid at all cost. Ignoring emails regarding returns. They are able to get goods out to people but unbelievably unable to talk about or accept returns. Shocking service”

“Avoid. Absolutely no interest in refunding a returned item. Courier tried 4 times to deliver without success. Ignored all of my emails including a message to call the courier to arrange delivery. Item now on the way back to me! Now enlisted my Credit Card Company to assist in getting my money back through Section 75 of the consumer credit act”

“I placed a few orders with the store and the items were received quickly and were of good quality. Unfortunately a few of the items had to be returned due to them not fitting but despite all return instructions being followed I’m having an issue getting a refund. I’m hoping that this is more of a COVID inconvenience as opposed to a bad returns process. If it is then I’ll update the review. Given most of us have to take the online route to buy good at the moment just be careful if you may possibly need to make a return.”
