“I have only given 3 stars because it took 6 emails before I received an answer. This is a shame because my dining table arrived today & it is absolutely stunning. Si pleased with the same. You need to sort your admin out & provide a telephone number.”

“I have ordered a black marble top louis dining table on the 3rd March. I know it says wait upto 4 weeks for delivery. It is 4 weeks next week. I have sent four emails no reply whatsoever. Not very good customer service. All I want is a simple reply!!!”

“Chairs are beautiful unfortunately there is a mark on one ....I have emailed you but no response. I have been offered £36 of the damaged chair which I have declined...I want a replacement but as of yet I have had no response....I have emailed numerous times not HAPPY.”

Hi Inameti, Thank you for shopping with NuHome. We apologise for any confusion caused when completing your order with us. The dining table you have ordered does have a round option, however, this is not the option you have selected. For your product, only the 1.3m table is round which is specified in our options on the website and the rest are all square tables. As you can see on the website, our imagery also signifies the tables are square unless you select the round option. As you ordered the 1m table, you have received the correct item. “I ordered white dining chairs on the order I received it said PINK. I have tried to cancel straight away....Don't know what to do if they send order. Need help. NuHome have got back to me which was brilliant I am now getting light grey this will be delivered Wed 8th Dec. ...hopefully fingers crossed.”

The imagery for the pink velvet duke chair is shown on the selection of the pink velvet option but it can be considered as a light pink colour.
