“Sharon at customer service communicated very well during the ordering stage. I had a quote from Hanson garage and Sharon beat their offer by a small margin. On the installation day two guys came and done the work swiftly and neatly. They did forgot to bring cement fillet that I requested though but they explained how I can do it easily myself. The main reason I chose Nucrete is that they only require payments after the install, which is a hard NO for a lot of other companies. I would recommend Nucrete to others.”

“From the very first contact with Nucrete to the building completion, they have been a pleasure to do business with. Sharon is a perfect ambassador for the company and is a delight to talk to. Nothing was too much trouble for her, never complaining about the many changes in width, length and window positioning in the weeks before delivery. If only all companies were like this. “Excellent vaule for money, great product and were a pleasure to deal with. From the very start, Sharon could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. The chaps who turned up to build the workshop where punctual and did a first class job, and all of this with the added complication of Covid. I would thoroughly reccomend Nucrete.”

“Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Guys who came to fit the garage were polite, had good attention to detail and hard working. They even returned another day with an alternative weather strip to better seal the roof due to our soil pipe being in the way. Could not recommend them highly enough. We have had many comments on how nice the garage looks and how quickly it was built!”

“Hi Nucrete. Just a short review of my new concrete workshop. This was the best price out of a number of manufactures, the information and options available has been instrumental in choosing nucrete. The quality and finish of the building is first class. Sharon was amazing, nothing phased this lady. I had problems with weather during the planning of pouring the base. Sharon rescheduled my installation a number of times due to my issues. A massive thank you for your patience Sharon. Thank you to Dan & Carl for fantastic service, very good advice and very quick installation. Best Regards, John.”

“So glad I shopped around and found Nucrete. Very responsive communication by web chat/phone/email and post. As I cleared site and had base installed, several changes were need to the original design. These were all handled efficiently and without fuss. The only improvements I could suggest would be to add some missing details to their website and review some of the literature/website to ensure consistency. Delivery was on time and installation was quick and efficient. All staff were pleasent and efficient, especially their main customer facing rep Sharon. Other companies could do well to follow their example.”

Thank you Graham for the great review and comments and i am sorry for that some of the information on our website is showing some different spec, unfortunately due to the pandemic and shortages we have had to make some subtle changes to some spec if we have been unable to get the advertised item. We do try to supply exactly what we say and where we can we give plenty of notice to allow you to accept or reject the change of spec. “Dear Sharon, We would like to thank you and the company, for an excellent service right from our initial inquiry, to the final build of the garage. You were very helpful and answered all my questions knowledgeably. The two men that came to erect the garage were polite, efficient, and knew all the aspects of the garage construction. Which is very refreshing to have people that really know their product. They cleared every thing away on leaving. “What a really splendid company to buy from! Sharon was ever helpful and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she'd say so, but get the answer and be back to me very shortly, so for customer service you can't get better than that. The available space for my garage was pretty severe, so with Sharon, I worked through with the design, while Covid raged on around us, and came out with the best value for money, and an excellent product, well emphasised by all the complementary remarks from all my neighbours! The construction was performed with practised precision and went by in a blur, and all my designed in features appeared just as per the plan with no omissions. So I couldn't recommend Nucrete more highly, for a great service and a great product.”

She kept me informed and updated, right through to installation. And the guys who erected the garage were so polite , very efficient and tidy .
