“I have changed my electricity supply,since December 2019 I was promised to get my final bill,I still do not have it ,every time I phone they tell me it is coming soon. WHY IS NO ONE ABLE TO SORT IT ? This is not acceptable,do not expect me to recommend you. E”

“I used npower for just over a year and the service was fine, I cannot complain much because its kinda hard to find any business that deliver as they promise”
