Wont deal with spouse, even though policy holder is ill in hospital.
Booked visit, told attended no one home, then told, phoned no answer so we did not attend.
Been in the house all day waiting for them to sort it out.
Poor customer service and complaints line, would definitely not renew, such a shame as they were good up until now.
Book with a company that does turn up, asked if they could guarantee they would call me back to rebook, said no cant guarantee they will call me back to rebook...
If you don't mind waiting for them to turn up when they feel like it a good company, but if you have to take holiday for the appointment and they keep cancelling, I would stay well clear..."
"Do not waste your time or money on NPower hometeam. I had to call them out to carry out the initial service even then when I had made an appointment I had a no-show from the engineer and had to book another appointment. On another occasion my boiler broke down, I called the help line only to find out later that the call had not been logged so I had to make another appointment. They are a complete waste of time."
