Cannot complete the assembly. The drawings are insufficient to follow the assembly proceedure because the first part on the drawings needs to be inserted into the detailed second part but this will not fit because the sizes do not match unless I risk brute force. There are no written instructions to help and I am getting no response to my requests for guidance.

i order a o/s wing mirror housing cap cover for my 2009 ford mondeo mk4 hatchback and i got sent one for a ford focus so as you would i sprayed it to mach then went to fit it you guessed it so now i'm for them to send the right cover before i contact amazon

Hi, Thank you for your review, however, the order placed with us was not for a wing mirror cover, it was for a wing mirror glass so we think you may have confused us with another supplier? Bought two wing mirror covers for volvo c30, double checked they were right for my car, the product that arrived didi not fit, waste of money and time. Would not use again

I purchased a rubber mat for a VW Golf 2018 7.5 model which this supplier stated it would fit. The fit is atrocious with gaps clearly visible. There are cheaper rubber mats available which in hind sight I should have bought. Buying the dearest mat does not guarantee a good fit

Doesn't fit as shown. Quality is bit poor. Sent wrong item. Yes sent what they said is now correct item but not happy with it.

I recently bought a non-slip car boot mat from NP Autoparts. The product is a boot mat, but in no way is it non-slip even with weighty items on it. It completely fails to do the job it was purchased for. I commented to NP Autoparts about its inability to perform and was told quite bluntly 'we have sold thousands of these boot liners and have never had an issue regarding the non-slip aspect of them reported before.' No further comments or responses to my further emails have been received. I would have to return the mat at my own costs because they don't see any faults. So I have bought proper non-slip material to stick to the boot mat to make it useable. Steer well clear of buying from this company, the products are rubbish as is their customer service. Shame I can't give zero stars.

Hi, We are sorry you are disappointed with the product. It does have a high grip surface, unlike many plastic liners, so will stop most heavier items sliding around in the boot, much more than the carpet on the boot that comes as standard. As discussed, we have never had an issue like this reported in the past. We believe that the boot liners are of very good quality and we have received many good reviews about them. The liner sent was supposed to be for a vw golf 2015 but does not fit. Said it would fit 2013 to 2018. Very disappointed not even a poor fit, an unusable liner. Regards

Hi, We have emailed you for more information, as this liner is one of our best selling, and we have not had previous issues and know it fits the Mk7 Golf Hatchback perfectly. Do you have the Golf Estate? Other than this, it may have been mislabeled at the supplier, and not the golf liner in the box. We can check this if you email us a photo. Kind Regards Neil

Part turnt up quick but doesn’t fit as it is so poorly made total waste of money won’t be burying anything else from these people again

The Wipers I purchased don't work properly for the car even though they are the specific recommended ones indicated. I am going to have to purchase some more via another source.

Bit disappointed as still waiting for part to arrive , problem with delivery as not recieved item but tracking number states it’s been delivered hope to get it sorted ASAP as in need of this item !

Hi there, To confirm, the tracking information does show the item as delivered on time. However we are in the middle of trying to sort this out for you, so it's a bit disappointing to receive negative feedback before we have finalised the best way to get things resolved. We would hope that if there's an issue, a buyer would contact us to discuss - which you have done. But we would also hope any feedback would be withheld until the whole process is finished and resolved, as of course the overall feedback would include how we've handled the issue. And we are doing our best to sort out the tracking - which for the moment, shows the item was delivered on time. The replacement indicator lamp housing was a poor fit and of very flimsy quality. A guide tab snapped during very careful installation and the lamp housing was unable to be fitted. Because of the poor fit, it could not be fully seated into the mounting, with the lens overhanging the adjacent headlamp. I purchased a genuine BMW lamp holder for £52 and it fitted perfectly.

I am sure that the delivery is done by a tortoise 8 days and still no sign of a windscreen wiper blade,I know there is a stretch of water to cross to the isle of wight and they are renowned to be lousy swimmers. it's been raining a lot and I am in desperate need

No motor on the back of the mirror so was of no use, a waste of £35. I bought a complete wing mirror unit from Germany post included for £55. Draw your own conclusions

Hello Mr Booth, Sorry to hear you were not happy with your shopping experience. Your order from us was for a replacement mirror glass, so would not have included the motor or the rest of the mirror, and never would have been shown to. I feel a 1 star rating is a little unfair as you received what was ordered and orders can be returned for a full refund if they are not suitable. Our pricing is extremely competitive. You are comparing it to another part, brand and from a seller in another country. Prices are clearly shown at time of order, so you can decide if you are happy with them before purchase. I was sent a right hand mirror for my car that is a right hand drive car but the mirror that was sent was for a left hand drive and I was never told. Now I have a useless mirror that I've paid for.

ordered wiper blades which were from two different manufacturers.Plus blades came without clips to attach said blades to wiper arm.Was told they came supplied with clips but,kwikfit could not fit blades as they stated there were no clips to attach blades???So all in all I am very disappointed with service.Blades should have been checked by seller to ensure blades were intact before selling to customer.

Hi there, Many thanks for this feedback - although it's slightly disappointing as we are in the midst of resolving this issue for you via a return and full refund. To confirm, we checked with our supplier and they confirmed that this set does NOT come with adaptor clips, as this is already built-in. So, the wipers have been provided exactly as they should be...there is nothing missing. They are also NOT from different manufacturers...they are both Trupart wiper blades and so this part of the feedback is inaccurate unfortuantely. However, if they do not seem to fit your vehicle properly, that is a shame and when this was reported to us, we have offered a return for a full refund - it's all we can really do in this situation. So, we still believe this shows good customer service overall - sometimes these things just happen, but it can still be a positive experience overall if dealt with correctly. And as we've offered a return and full refund asap, we would hope most buyers would still see that we are doing the best we can to help them out. Item was poorly packaged so one item stolen and others damaged in delivery. Whilst I don’t consider it Driver dens fault for the theft. I would recommend that items are packaged better. A plastic bag is not strong enough for heavy items. Hope to recive my refund with out further issues.

Hi there, We were sorry to hear of this issue - although sometimes issues during transit are beyond our control, we have taken this feedback under consideration and will review how we package this combination of items in the future. We have also passed on the details to our courier (Parcel Force) and asked them to speak to the driver, who delivered the parcel with clear signs of damage to the packaging. Most items we send out are boxed with lots of packing...however when we get a combination of items in a single order, it can be quite tricky to send them all together in one package. This order had such an issue...but we'll take it as a lesson for the future and see if we can improve this side of things. We did offer replacement items for the one item that was missing from the package and any items that arrived with damage...but the buyer preferred a return and refund. We provided a freepost returns label, so we are just awaiting the return so we can get the refund processed for the buyer. Kind regards, DriveDen | NP Autoparts

Hi there, Sorry to hear this - but we've had no communication from you to tell us about this before a negative review was provided, so this is very disappointing. If there's an issue, we would hope the buyer lets us know so we at least have a chance to resolve the issue for them. Can you please check you have removed the plastic sheath from the wipers...that is sometimes missed and would obviously lead to the product not performing as it should.
