Sadly I was (100% of the view that I had bought floor mats for my Range Rover Sport so when Discovery Sport mats arrived, needless to say I was pretty disappointed!!

Not great you did not match up my windscreen wipers so one fitted and other didn’t have correct connection so used it for other car

I got a bike rack from you and then had a great amount of trouble getting the correct 7-pin to 13 pin adaptor. I found it so frustrating that i couldnt just pick up the phone and talk to someone, I got an adapter for £5 from another company but it did not work, i then spent time tracking down the one that is actualy for THULE not Perruzo. and am still waiting for it to arrive. So two weeks later and not used the bike rack once. Very sad bunny right now . Oh yes and the adaptor that i ordered cost £19.99 Plus postage £2.99. And i think should be included in the cost of the Bike Rack.

Product quality was good but send me a wrong item. When I tried to send me back as they provide me wrong label which is coast me £3,14. I’m still waiting for refund

Hi, We are sorry that the item did not fit your vehicle. However, we offered a freepost return for you, so it would not cost anything to send it back. We emailed you a free label, as discussed, so you should have not have needed to pay anything at the post office. The order has also been refunded upon its return. actually not happy as the brush fell apart, and when reassmebled, the flow limiter snapped off - I am sorry for saying this and realise that this is clearly not Drive Den / NP's fault but please forward comment to your supplier.

Ordered part, came when said it would, wrong product sent. Emailed for return or exchange and they didn’t have part but sent free return label

Not impressed with product. Checked beforehand that it would be fine for my Skoda Octavia but the covers do not fit very well. Also, the quality is poor. The elastic hoops break on the lightest of pulls. I cannot recommend this product.

wing mirror does not fit relevant car. after having it painted the car colour £48 I am not happy.

Q7 rubber car mats buy new. Not very convinced and not happy at all as this DriveDen item is supposed to be odour less as stated into the specification description of the DriveDen website. After just beng installed in the car the reality is a strong plastic/rubber smell quite affecting the people in the car. I have to remove it from the car.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are not happy with the mats. They should not have a rubber smell to them at all as they are made from odourless rubber. They do however have a light vanilla scent to them, as described on the advert. We have not had any other reports of any rubber smell to the mats and we do sell lots of them. Farad roof bars. To fit to front of vauxhall meriva 2012, to fit, the foot part has to be very near the end of the bar. This makes it very difficult to attach the locking cover as the bar end cap is in the way. Could do with longer bars supplied for this vehicle. Wanted the bar to overhang the foot part as this makes a better anchor for straps. Also was a nightmare to assemble. Should have paid extra £70 for the Thule ones.

Very disappointed with the product. The aerodynamic roof bars are the noisiest I have every had. Maybe the Thule would have been a better buy.

Hello Mr Lincoln, We are sorry to hear you have had problems with these bars and to see this review before any contact was made to us. All roof bars will make some wind noise when empty and not carrying any loads. If this is excessive, then it is usually fixed by moving the front bar slightly 1-2 inches either way and testing again. The smooth wind coming off the windscreen is making the noise, and moving the front bar can have a great affect. Also breaking up the smooth wind will make them quieter, as will adding a load such as a Kayak, Bikes or roof box. We will also post you some plastic diffusers that attach to the underside of the bar. These points above will reduce the noise and hopefully you will be happy with the bars and service. my first order with u and ithink u got to learn about cut mats for cars the ones ive had from u r odd ones j davies WHEN U BAY AN ITEM U EXPECT IT TO BE RIGHT WHO EVERY CUT THESE WHST I HAD HAVE GOT TO LEARN ABOUT CUTING

We are contactable via eBay message or email, but the only thing we have received so far is an eBay case against us to state the item was not received. Obviously this is not true, as you have clearly stated you have received the item...and an entirely false claim like this could seriously harm a seller's reputation. Hi there, We are glad to hear you are happy with the mats. However, with regards to the dispatch time, we dispatched your mats 5 days after the order was placed. All of our tailored floor mats are cut to order from our supplier and we do state clearly in the item details that the mats do take 5-7 days to arrive with you. Wiper did not fit vehicle wiper arm,not returned as i had to pay return postage,full details of vehicle sent on ordering but still wrong wiper sent.
