The item was dispatched in a timely manner. DHL did keep it on their delivery van for a couple of days before they actually delivered it. I was not sent a proper invoice but had to ask for it. Not a bad experience overall.

Sadly for me not been great, ordering and delivery was simple and quick so 10 out of 10 there however the discription isnt great a little miss leading actually. I orderd bars using there car reg checker and the fit isnt brilliant and also you cant use the sunroof on the car whilst using the roof bars. Emailed in and the reply was yeah thats how they work all bars are the same which isnt correct. No offer of return or exchange just suck it up. Poor aftercare. The bars are quick release with two plastic screw drivers and easy to chuck on and off but as long as i dont use them on a hot day they will do the job to transport my bike about.

Sorry you have not been happy with the product. All roof bar manufacturers we have worked with recommend not using panoramic opening roofs while roof bars are fitted, as they usually foul the roof bars and risk damage. Returning unused products is fine if they are not suitable for your needs, or not as expected. Most new cars, such as your new sportage will be fitted with air con, so this would not usually cause any issues on a hot day, and is not something we have had comments on before.

Whereas the articles are excellent, as to be expected from Thule products, the DHL delivery was atrocious. I was not going to be in when delivered so selected the "Leave with a neighbour" option. Unfortunately DHL totally ignored this and left it at the front of my house, open to the elements and all untrustworthy foot traffic! By good fortune, our neighbours/friends from across the road noticed the large, expensive (£300) package and called me. When I said that I was out all day they very kindly picked it up from the door step and kept it safe until my return! The low star score is not meant as a reflection on DriveDen's service but on the disappointing delivery service/couriers.

Drive Den online service for getting the correct roof bars and more importantly correct foot pack was very helpful. Once ordered the parts were sent out poste- haste well packaged. My gripe is that I’d researched different outlets as finding prices similar across the board. I opted for Drive Den as there was an online Discount Code showing £30 off for a purchase over £200. I qualified and at the time of purchase believed I would receive a reduction on my £285 purchase. When I correctly put the Discount Code to the purchase it came up as not valid. I went ahead regardless but whether I’d use Drive Den again is uncertain

Although the order was reasonably to be put into the mail service and considering there were postal strikes going on that you would have arrange an alternative courier deliverable service. By the time it arrived the freezing weather had gone & I was unable to test how good your device was.

Hi. Sorry to hear of the delay to your order. Unfortunately, to use an alternative courier would have resulted in an extra charge which you did not select at checkout. Also, most couriers are experiencing delays as a result of the Royal mail strikes during the Christmas period.

Ordered products over a week ago, still not received nor any updates.. understand Royal Mail currently on strike but not been kept updated about what delays to expect nor advised at time of purchase.

I personally will never purchase from an online company that doesn't have a telephone contact number, that isn't premium rate, or a live chat as it's so difficult if you have a problem. My issue eventually got solved after sending numerous emails and waiting sometimes days for a reply because my emails had gone in to the spam this is really not the kind of service I want.
