“Light fitting I ordered was good. I had to chase delivery which was a bit slow dispatch wise.”

“Love the item, fast delivery. Only issue was when delivered even though item clearly had fragile all over box delivery company chucked it over 5 foot fence, even though neighbour tried to stop him and offered to take parcel in, outcome could have been a lot different but fortunately item was undamaged.”

“Stock availability has been a real issue with preferred products not only out of stock but still out of stock many weeks later….. Responsive to emails but only to confirm still out of stock. No delivery information as to my order but parcel arrived well packaged sort of out of the blue!”

“Took forever to arrive and the wall base plate is too big so is somewhat ugly. I can't get out to return it and need to use it soon so I'm stuck with them.”

“Paid for 3 wall with 2 to 4 day delivery. After nothing for 7 days sent email to ask for update No responce. Paid with Paypal asked for refund 22 days later still waiting.”

“Selling items they don't have. No real solution investigated or offered and took several days to gain refund. Item is still for sale knowing they cannot fulfil. A N Other lighting company supplied within 48hrs.”

“Lights arrived quickly on time but bulbs ordered at same time have still not appeared 2 weeks later. Emailed initially to see where they were and got a quick reply saying they had been dispatched. Have since emailed again to see where they are but now there’s been no reply at all!”

“This spot lamp has been designed to be wall-mounted with 230V entry from behind only. ie. there is no side entry port. This is not made clear in the description. As I needed side entry (from a conduit), I was obliged to drill and ream a hole in the side and supply a small grommet. The previous spotlight (made of a white plastic) had all the workings on the back and circumferal plate. For me a much easier fitting. (I had no need of the dimmer, just the basic lamp)”

“Excellent product and pre sales info but when there was a problem very poor post sales communication. Definitely attitude ‘if we ignore this it might go away’ Shame as lovely lights”

“The item is brilliant and exactly what we wanted - the reason why I have only given 3 stars is because the delivery took a lot longer than confirmed when I placed the order - I had to ring up twice to find out the status and the delivery was a week after the original date stated.”
