“It’s my first time buying from them , they went above and beyond to get a selection of things added that replaced missing items that I had on my order … the team was great at finding alternatives and the dogs so far are scoffing there food up each day , great selection to choose from thanks to all round great service I had”

“I used to order my rabbit food from this company all the time. Last year I suffered with 6 seizures and a cardiac arrest which resulted in me being in hospital for 2 months. I had to learn to walk and talk again. I had no way of going out to buy rabbit food so ordered my usual lot from not in the dog house. My delivery never showed up. Was notified it had been delivered but couldn't be found anywhere. I emailed and received an email back saying the rabbit food would be sent out again. This was coming on to 3 weeks now since I ordered. I never received the second parcel sent out to me. Tried to call several times with no success, emailed so many times without any response. I asked for another delivery, asked that I be refunded my £25 but nothing. One of my rabbits unfortunately passed away not long after this ordeal. I was relying on them so much. I will never purchase from this company ever again.”

“Where do I start.. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Made a large order last February!!! and spent weeks back and forth with emails to get no where. No promised refund. No promised goods. To make it worse I received an email yesterday saying " You've recently bought James Wellbeloved Adult Dog Food Turkey & Rice 15kg at our store, what do you think about it? " ... a whole year later, What a joke! I'm not usually one to leave reviews but like most of the feedback you will see here, we're all in the same if not similar situations. The first issue being not receiving my pups order to find out I also had been scammed. I would say do not order but you y'know.. Seems like the company isn't any longer. Shame. I gave up trying to get a refund, sadly! being emailed to say my refund had been processed and then another email saying my order should be with me soon the same day minutes apart kind of gave me the idea the emails are automated and I wasn't going to get my goods or money back. Can't actually believe how many people have been scammed like this, just from last February to now there has been so many. I feel gutted so can't imagine how people involved must feel, surely. How can you be happy with this amount of bad feedback and unhappy customers and more importantly our pets whom we was buying for. The annoying thing is I ordered from here for the first time because the dog food I buy was a good deal compared to everywhere else at the time.. so in the time waiting for my order, my pup had almost run low so had to make another order at my usual place anyway so it just made the whole thing so frustrating.. for simply trying to save a little more money, epsecially in this climate. Anyway rant over and I'll be sure to block their email to stop the frustration I feel when I think about this and I advise everyone else to do the same, We're not going to get the outcome we hope for so I do hope everyone is okay :)”

“Dreadful company, I was scammed £25 for cat food that was never delivered and also didn’t receive a refund despite empty promises. I found it quite upsetting actually to lose the money, especially during the cost of living crisis.”

“Ordered in March 2023 and never received my order! I emailed several times being told that "I can see your order has been dispatched you should reveice tracking info shortly" several times! Scammers, do not order through them!”

“Scam, £60 order, email every month since sept 2023 asking for delivery date,trued cancelling, no response other that we are processing your order. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANT”

“My delivery took too long to arrive (2 months+) so I cancelled my order. The order then arrived the next day! After being promised a refund I chased them to find out what to do with the cancelled order. The refund never came, however I contacted my bank and they paid me the full money as they were operating outside of their customer agreement (against consumer rights).”

“Fake scam company now being investigated by fraud. They take your details as for a normal order but you don’t receive a proper order number or invoice. They pass on your card details to further thief’s. My account was hacked and used again. Contact your bank immediately as they will prevent further fraud, refund your loss and pass onto fraud investigation. Only use bonafide shops you know and trust!”

“Ordered 2 joules dog coats last October £40, only received one, emailed, but no response, I had Ordered the wrong size small, so thought I would cut my losses and return the coat and ask polity if they could send me a medium, also the missing one, have heard nothing, even sending another email, stating i have now spent over £40 + postage, even saying am a pensioner doesn't make any difference, cannot believe a company can operate this way, please think twice before you order anything from them, just wish I had read the reviews first.”

“Same experience. A £40 order, no delivery after a month. They were replying to emails blaming the warehouse and that the order would be dispatched. After 2 months I asked for a refund and was not given a reply. Another couple of weeks and the website is down. I like to believe the company went bust rather than deliberately scammed.”

“Ordered two sacks of dog food, was told they had been delivered they hadn't queried this via email and was told they would be despatched immediately and that they had made a mistake on the previous email so I waited and waited they didn't arrive so asked for my money back they said it would be refunded so again I waited, contacted them several times ended you threatening to report them to trading standards, I am still waiting for my money seven months on. Moral of the story DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT FRAUDS. Ps they even blocked my emails after about five requests for my money.”

“They took my money and delivered nothing. I chased several times and then asked for a refund. They sent emails saying sorry for the delay and eventually promising a refund. It didn’t arrive and I note the website is now down for maintenance. Scam.”

“I ordered dorwest glucosamine 100 tablets on 14th October 2023 paid £23.39, o/no 144942. Will acknowledged it. But never received tablets or a refund. Not heard any more from these scammers. I can,t afford to just lose this money. Wish I,d read all the reviews before I did an order.”

“I placed an order a few months ago and my cats loved the toys so ordered more. Second lot ordered in September. Received an email in October saying it had been delayed. I have since emailed them twice with no response. Couldn’t understand what was going on until I seen all these reviews/complaints/fb group petitioning”
