“I ordered £40 worth of Butchers. The food wasn’t delivered , which the company agreed , then they said they would refund me the money . Twice I’ve emailed and nothing back . I work for a Greyhound Rescue and this order was needed desperately. It’s a disgusting way to treat people !!! This was back in September I may add!!”

“Ordered goods on 24th september. Took money from account next day. Haven’t seen goods over 6 weeks later. Can’t find phone number and just get automated message when I email”

“As most of the customer reviews I have also placed an order over 3 weeks ago and received nothing. I have emailed 4 times now with absolutely no response. I would advise anybody thinking of buying from this so called company to keep well away.”

“As with all the recent reviews, my money has been taken and my order has not arrived, six weeks later. They do not send the products and do not respond to emails or phone calls. I would echo previous reviewers who urge you not to use this company.”

“This is the worst company to buy from, 1 of 3 Tirana I purchased was not delivered when I contacted the company they said they would send it out I am still waiting on it. Any further correspondence to them was ignored when trying to resolve the issues. Just the worst!”

“This company doesn't even deserve one star. Order for Webbox placed 21/09, not received. Refund requested on 13/10. Refund not received as of 6/11. Wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order, it seems they make a habit of this practice.”

“I purchased Webbox on the 27th August, we are now on the 5th November, after several emails promising initially a delivery then refund, of which I received neither. Disgusted isn’t the word.”

“DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE!!! They say all the right things but that is all they do. Placed an order for dog food 5 weeks ago. They sent the right emails confirming the order and delivery details and even emailed me to apologise that I had not received my order and they would resend the order out but still nothing and not even replying to my emails requesting a refund. How can they live with themselves especially in times like now when people are financially struggling or are they just relying on people getting their money back through their banks?? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PEOPLE.”

“Ordered and paid for frozen dog food. Nothing arrived and unable to contact, site is not working and email of no use. Requested return of my money and have now reported to Action Fraud as I cannot as an 80+ year old cannot afford this and Knaresborough is not down the road so that I can hammer on the door!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! After placing an order for dog feed approx £100 spent, I have yet to receive the goods. I have emailed Amy several times to be told my Tracking details would be sent-never received. I have asked for a refund several times - no further replies have been received. This company is a scam”

“They take your money,initially respond to your request for updates on delivery, don’t deliver your product, and then don’t respond or refund the money paid to them .Eventually failing to answer any emails,absolutely fraudulent company with no morals”
