“Had a problem initially placing an order. Staff at Norwood were very helpful and sorted the problem out immediately. Delivery was very prompt.”

“Despite the fact that we have returned the curtains for two reasons, cannot fault Norwood for speed of delivery and refund of purchase cost. Slight manufacturing fault was one reason but primarily the weave of the curtains was a disappointment. Suggest a close-up photo of the fabric would help when buying online as we miss the touchy-feely ability of buying over the counter...”

“Lovely company to deal with. I forgot to add the two cushion covers I wanted when buying my curtains and their customer service came back to me very quickly and refunded the order so I could place the correct one. They dispatched my order quickly and I'm really happy with my new curtains. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Norwood Textiles again.”

“Lovely curtains, exactly the colour I needed as changing my lounge colour to something more neutral. Very speedy delivery. I used a hand steamer to get creases out as much easier than slaving over a hot iron! Good price as bought in the sale. Would buy from you again.”

“BEST PRICE AROUND FOR THE PILLOWS I WANTED AND I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO ALSO USE A DISCOUNT CODE. REALLY PROMPT DELIVERY ASWELL, ESP AS IT WAS OVER THE CHRISTMAS/NY PERIOD. WILL DEFO USE AGAIN! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER WITH THE BEST NEW PILLOWS EVER - THANK YOU NORWOOD TEXTILES!!!”

“I can't rate Norwood. I've yet to collect my package from Royal Mail. Had filled in the order to go to my place of work. They sent to my home address and subsequently it can't be delivered as not home to take in. Double checked that it was to be shipped to work. Order confirmation agrees but dispatch doesn't. Very annoying.”
