"Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Fabulous design team who accommodated a bespoke design to fit our plot. Wonderful team on site for the build who were a pleasure to have around - so polite and knowledgeable. Great project manager who answered any questions and ensured everything was running smoothly. The result is an absolutely wonderful lodge for my parents to live in - they absolutely love their new living and it's so cosy and incredibly well insulated. I can't recommend Norwegian Log enough - fabulous!"

"We are delighted with our Norweigian Log home. They have been an excellent company to deal with from the very begining. Firstly when we visited their showhouse they spent a lot of time answering our endless questions, then, once we started to design what we wanted they were endlessly patient working with us and helping us design the perfect (for us) lodge. We were kept informed about the build start date and the delivery of the components. The workmen who built the lodge were amazing and kept cheerful throughout despite the appalling weather during March\/April 2023. We chose to complete the interior ourselves so once the shell was complete they handed the lodge over to us. We have lived in the property for seven months now and absolutely love our new cozy home."

"On our quest to find out about log cabins for my wife and me to have built in my daughter's and son in laws garden, we looked at every firm that manufactured this kind of dwelling in the UK. \r\nThe clear winner was Norwegian Log. \r\nThe reason why? they have been doing this type of sale for many years and knew more about their product than anyone else in my opinion, and all the essential things the buyer needs to know and do to get the project up and running.\r\nOur Certificat of Lawfulness was granted by our local council and the submission was organised by Norwegian Log which was subsequently passed and gave us and Norwegian Log the green light to start design and other aspects of our future cabin home to take shape prior to the actual making of our log cabin in their own workshop using the design and changes that we had agreed upon.\r\nAt all times during that period, information flowed between Norwegian log and ourselves regarding preparing our future site for our new home, so to avoid any potential hold-ups on delivery of our new home that might impact on time scales for completion.\r\nAt all times site was managed by Norwegian log who was so caring of the build regarding equipment and materials that could impact the garden that wasn't used for the cabin to minimise any disruption and potential damage to the garden\r\nCompletion was on time and the finished standard was excellent...our snagging list is nil with nothing of any concern to make us get back in touch with Norwegian log.\r\nAs yet we have found everything to be so good and well made and put together with skill and attention to detail which is a credit to the staff that assembled our home on site so well done to all of them.\r\nAs well a thank you to the back room staff who organised and did all the design tweaks and administrative duties\/phone calls etc to keep us up to date on every aspect of our build.\r\nWe have been living in our new home for nearly six months and we are thrilled with our log cabin and amazed at our new living area and love the extra living space it has given us.\r\nOne last thing which I must say is everyone who visits us or delivery folk who drop off goods for us all say the same thing \"this is the best log cabin i have ever seen and it looks amazing\" and we say it is amazing.\r\n"

"I hope you will accept my apology for the delay in replying to your request of a review and photos of my lovely cabin. Covid, an early visit from family, the lack of Wi-Fi ,my lack of computer skills and this awful weather have all contributed to my delayed reply, however I now feel ready to add to all the wonderful compliments that various people must have poured into your company over the years.\r\nI cannot believe it was only June 2021 when the idea was muted amongst the family, eager to settle me near one daughter or the other after the long illness and subsequent death of my husband during covid and it\u2019s isolating and tragic lockdowns.\r\nHaving visited your reading office during a \u201ctransfer \u201cof me from Sussex to Cheshire , our enthusiasm was ignited on the idea of having a cabin in one or both of their gardens, and the wheels were set in motion by the sale of my cottage in Sussex..\r\nHaving just experienced my first Christmas in my lovely cabin, with family able to stay and not look for nearby hotels or b&bs, I can say that with the added delight of a Christmas tree, fairy lights and warmth that it was just magical!\r\nI have nothing but praise for your wonderful workforce, both in the office and on the ground. Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie and Sam who were later joined by Sean. They never complained about the extreme weathers that nature threw at them, cheerfully getting on at an amazing speed. Sam gave me extra advise on the kitchen, helping redesign it and make much better use of the space.\r\nThey worked around various electricians and plumbers (who all had their own agendas!) co operating with everyone in a calm and cheerful manner, always finding another job when deliveries were late, \r\nI love my new home and everyone has helped in making my move to the cabin a joyful experience, and many visitors have shown an interest in the idea of a \u201cgranny cabin\u201d.\r\nPlease feel free to edit the review in any way you feel would enhance the praise,\r\nI do hope to send photos too but my computer skills are very basic.\r\nTHANKYOU Norwegian log for giving me and my family a home to treasure."
