“FANTASTIC service from 1st phone call to fitting, changed my life. Went for rental as hoping to move this year and was over the moon when I discovered did could rentals. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing a stirlift. Richard ( surveyor) was very helpful and friendly . Barry (installer) was very friendly, helpful and efficient in fitting the lift and went through explaining everything.”

“Norfolk Stairlifts are wonderful, the salesman’s informative knowledge and wit were excellent and there was never a hint of hard sales just polite service from Richard . All communication with the company through the coordinator was professional and prompt,everything was clear and explained. The fitter on site has done a remarkable job in a fairly confined space with no damage or distress to any decoration or carpets and he left the job spotless . What a pleasure to have a job like this done and not have to pay for it up front . Well done to all involved with Norfolk Stairlifts.”

“I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and their surveyor came out the same morning. By lunch time everything was sorted out and our order placed for installation a week later. The installation was very smooth and done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional to deal with and would definitely recommend to anyone for a stairlift and installation. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“Richard was very easy to discuss our requirements with and gave excellent advice without being pushy. Very fair price agreed and prompt installation as requested. Kieron installed the stairlift with expertise and left everything clean and tidy. Very clear operating instructions given. Financial business completed on the phone in a friendly and efficient manner. We would recommend this company highly.”

“My parents are delighted with their new Autolift Module Air stairlift and my dad is now able to go upstairs and sleep in his own bed. Nick and Richard and in fact the whole team were very helpful and professional from my initial call to the completed installation. My parent's stairs are curved with a double turn in them but with careful measuring and some tweeks in the chair setup enabled the stairlift to work perfectly and still with room for my mum to still use the stairs as normal when she feels able to.”

The service provided by the company - from the first point of contact to the installation of my new (reconditioned) model - has been excellent. The team went out of their way to ensure that they could provide something suitable to my needs. Perfectly professional, friendly, and courteous in their dealings with me, their aftersales care and attention have been - and continue to be - first class. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, honest and a pleasure to do business with. They made the whole process very easy and I had a Stairlift fitted 3 days before Christmas! A* company.”
