Similar to other customers, I needed to return a dress due to sizing that was off, and the return label from DHL they offered was not accepted in my town. I asked for an alternative option and they said no and would not refund my order. I'm out $80. They need to not ship to US locations that don't accept DHL.

I returned a faulty item in their say so. It did get lost in the post but PO said they are liable as they provided returns label. I messaged them loads of times but no refund. They then said I was referred to senior management for having a history of out of policy returns. I don’t know what they are talking about but their customer service has sadly gone downhill while their prices have gone. Sky high ! I have only ever returned items normally through the usual route ! Sad to resort to Accusations. Beware of this firm nowadays

Be aware Nobody’s Child do not provide refunds for online orders. - On 2.09.23 I started a return process via their online portal and sent the parcel with Royal Mail. - On 4.09.23, Nobody’s Child received it. I have a proof: first of all, Royal Mail tracking and secondly email from them confirming they have received it. - Since then, I have been chasing them over this as I never received a refund. Their continuous responses were “we are still trying to locate your parcel at the warehouse”. - The last email today was received from Silvia stating “ As mentioned previously, if we locate the parcel we will be in contact.” So there is a chance they will never contact me if they never find the parcel they have received and hence I will never receive my money back, (close to £440). Her response stated “IF WE LOCATE”. What has happened between you signed for it and now? - God knows what is happening at their warehouse, probably thieves? If this is the case, then please report it to the police and sort it out, take responsibility, but it has been over 7 weeks since you confirmed that you received my parcel, which magically disappeared after you have received it! SORT YOURSELF.

Refunds: they’ve short changed me £30. And there is no telephone number to contact them and let them know.

So annoyed Nobody’s child has taken my payment of £59 for a jumpsuit which I’ve received no email for confirmation of my order??? There is only a contact email which I’ve sent numerous emails to but nobody replies?????????? I want to get atleast a response????? This company NOBODY seems to be there????

Returned two dresses in February tracked by Royal Mail. Got a refund for one of the dresses now April and still waiting for a refund for the second dress.I have done the e mail bit three times but still not got my refund. This is totally unacceptable and very poor service.Getting in contact with this company is also a pain.Nobody’s child needs to upgrade their customer service.I’m very very disappointed to say the least.

Very very poor quality for price. Jumpers were £49 so expected better than primark. Exactly the same quality. Shocked they can charge so much. Jumper bobbled after one wash. Bought in sale but even at that price I paid to much for this standard

Im currently down £60 as this company haven’t sent my items and are ignoring all contact. Their delivery options are expensive and not on a par with their competitors. Will be requesting a chargeback through my bank - avoid!

Looks great on size but sizing is out. I am normally a size 10 but the Nobody's Child dresses are very tight - very little give across the middle and bust. Fabric very thin as well. Would expect better quality and shaping given the price.

You are taking a gamble when ordering from this company and you'd be lucky to receive your items that fit perfectly. They ship through a type of FedEx grounding in the US that doesn't allow you to dispute anything and would have to dispute it with Nobody's Child. Which means you are going to have to wait for vague responses from their team to try and not give you a refund. I have NOT received anything from them despite FedEx saying they have delivered to me so the package was stolen. FedEx can't do anything about it so the only way is to get it through to Nobody's Child. Only response I get was "We are doing an investigation with the courier" The courier you've chosen can't do anything about it so it's completely pointless. I'm literally begging them to give me a refund and will soon threaten to escalate the issue further. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Most likely find this brand on Depop or Poshmark and just buy from there.

Bought Alexa dress online from m and s and fitted perfectly unfortunately shrank when washed despite following instructions.

I am still awaiting a refund, on two items, returned. Noticed on the website, we won’t advise you, when the refund is returned to you, you will know, when it arrives back in your account, or words to that affect!! Definitely would put me of purchasing anything from the website again. Would suggest, if you like an item try to purchase from M&S, no problem with returns.

I’m waiting for a refund. I received an email on 21st July informing me my refund would be with me in 5-7days and I’m still waiting. This is the 2nd refund I’ve had to chase. I’m still waiting to hear from customer service after sending 2 emails with no response.

Still waiting for a refund on a dress I ordered in June . Lots of correspondence between me and the company , Dress was paid for , order confirmation sent confirming it ‘ was on its way’. Followed by an email saying it was out of stock . Refund promised within 10 days. That was a month ago. Received email asking ‘ how did we do ? I resisted telling them until the issue was sorted . Another email received apologising for their delay. They requested my order code which I promptly supplied Today I received another email asking that I supply proof of postage of my returned item …… on the dress I haven’t even received . Awaiting the next chapter ……

Dreadful customer service. Did not receive the order I paid for, sent to wrong postcode. Totally impossible to contact this company, phone disconnected and they do not respond to emails. Disgraceful service in this day and age, strongly advise anyone to avoid this company.
