Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Great tree bed for my kids”

“Sent the bed with wrong parts. Unable to speak to anyone over the phone because they ‘don’t have access to a phone’. Still one week after the replacement was sent and still not arrived. Takes a day for them to respond via email. They say they have sent another part but no tracking information available or has been given yet. Very poor customer service. My son is currently having to sleep on the floor.”

“Shocking customer service, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here because if you need to return it’s over £50 to return your item which they don’t state on the website. States “shorty” mattress but doesn’t fit “shorty” beds and you can’t get fitted sheets for it anywhere as it’s such an odd size 🥴🥴🥴- avoid.”

“I emailed the company 3 days ago asking for a full refund as I ordered the bed believing it was an adult bed. They still haven’t replied it sent me this review to fill in! Not impressed by their customer service. If you want me to restore my faith in your company, kindly get in touch”

“Ordered a kids bed and this mattress separately on 20/09 due to be delivered between 27/09 - 04/10. Bed arrived swiftly (26/09), lovely little kids bed no issues with it but no sign of the mattress. Contacted customer support 04/10 and I’m still waiting for an update on the matter to be resolved as of 13/10”

“Great desk … easy to build and looks good. Arrived on totally wrong day (over a week early) and left outside my house in full view but luckily still there when I got home !”

“It arrived, I started to build it and the wood was all rotten and wet inside. It obviously hadn’t been stored correctly. Obviously I had to stop building the bed as I worried about the quality of the rest of it. Customer service were hard to get hold of and of very little help. So I rushed to ikea to get a new bed for my children to sleep in that night. Eventually I got told they will collect the faulty bed but I had to take pictures to prove it was packaged correctly, they couldn’t collect it on a weekend so I now have to take time off work for them to come and collect the broken bed and I won’t get my money back until they receive it. No compensation offered for this inconvenience m. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCT. Don’t waste your time and just go to Ikea!”

“Do not buy products from this website. They charge extra for refunds and are uncooperative when it comes to returns. It takes a long time to process the return, and the only way to reach them is through email since their phone number doesn't work. The staff is unhelpful and inconsiderate. I regret purchasing anything from this website and will avoid them in the future. One dissatisfied customer.”

“Bed delivered without slats. Complained and told it states in T&C's free delivery can have seperate deliveries. Not experienced this with a company before and would not encourage me to shop with this company again.”

“Bed is ideal for a child and having the trundle as a full draw makes it's usable as a draw to put toys/clothes in or a spare mattress. The mattress underneath needs to be quite thin so it fits. We have used a memory foam one. The bed was easy to build and is very good quality for the price. Very happy with our purchase. Tracking and delivery was quick and well communicated.”

“Awful customer service. We began moving into our new home once my children's beds arrived - when building my sons from Nao and Nani we realised the slats were missing. We had to rush out and find slats I let them know and sent them a photo of the receipt, only £20 so probably not worth the same as the companies, you get a different person responding everytime on one email chain it's clear they don't know what going on - finally got a response said there is nothing they can do. Will not be ordering again and if you find yourself having to communicate with them you will be fobbed off.”
