“Very professional and helpful with our problem. We emailed with our query and they got back to us quickly with a resolution. They sent us a brand new hoover as the one we had had a broken part. Highly recommended.”

“We bought a Beldray Combo Steam Cleaner on the 25/03/2020 which was about as much use as a chocolate fireguard, so we requested a return label after several emails to this company we still haven't received said item. The date now is 25/04/2020, DO NOT use this company as they don't seem to take kindly to you wanting to return items to them.”

“We purchased a Salter liquidiser around 9 months ago.The chopping blade unit was failing and was extremely noisy. I contacted Salters and the receptionist I spoke to took my details as the part was out of stock. I received a call a couple of days ago to inform that the item was back in stock and today I received the part FOC under guarantee. Well done Salters. Thank you.”

“Brought some glasses and one was broken phoned up and it was sorted very quick and the champagne glasses are very nice”

“Ordered six china cups. Three arrived damaged (very poor packaging). It's been over two months and still can't get an accurate response from them regarding the status of the replacement cups. Was told a month ago that they were on their way but never arrived. Will never purchase from them again.”

“I ordered 4 of these lovely china cups; 1 had such an imperfection on its handle that it would not be comfortable (or safe) to use; despite me emailing my issue and sending photographs, I heard nothing back from their customer services. I felt very let down as the other cups were just what I wanted. I resorted to buying the same cup from another company via Amazon and it arrived in perfect condition.”
