“I bought a used Vauxhall Insignia estate from NK Motor Group Derby. I was so pleased to buy a low mileage 2015 Euro 6 at a great price from a proper main dealer. The car had the 88 point check: That really works! Serviced and full no advisories MOT. I also like the 3 month warranty and standard next MOT insurance policy. Ali, Simon, James and Kim were great! I'm always stressed buying cars. I always forget to check a few things or fail to notice something; always! I needn't have worried because the car was spot on when I picked it up.”

“I rarely leave reviews but if this makes someone think twice about parting with their money at this dealership it will be worth it. Without doubt the worst customer service and customer care I've ever experienced. The problems started when the car was under warranty. It was consuming excessive oil, something I have read online specific to this vehicle and which is actually leading to a lawsuit against Kia in the US. I flagged it repeatedly and was told it was normal and in a handbook. A handbook I might add that I have never seen, and was never made aware of when purchasing the vehicle. It only started needing more oil after the first year, so this isn’t a normal maintenance procedure when running this car, something was clearly wrong and malfunctioning. Nothing was done. I had the car serviced with them every ten thousand miles, I kept getting told the car was not burning oil and it was normal. It wasn’t. Once you are then out of the warranty, they wash their hands of you completely. Then the expensive repairs began, a new Catalytic converter and a clutch, both of which have lasted less than 12 months. These parts have a warranty, but it’s impossible to claim on. They will say it’s wear and tear and the problem is once again yours. Unless you are willing to wait weeks while they try and persuade the head office at Kia to admit it’s a warranty repair. It should be such a simple procedure, but it clearly isn't and it appears to me that they do everything they can to try and wriggle out of it. Not only that they will suggest other things are an issue instead, distracting from the main problems, and trying to deflect the costs back to you on repairs that won’t solve the issues caused by the failed components, which are still under a manufacturers warranty. I even had another garage give me a second opinion on the latest issues, as I was beginning to lose faith in the service I was getting, an opinion which NK motors refuse to acknowledge and are not even willing to investigate. The failure is with the components they fitted less than 8 months ago, as an expert technician from the another garage and an engine fault code have confirmed. All I’m left with now is to replace the car, once again at my own substantial cost. They even had the audacity to ask if I’d consider a Kia again, I couldn’t actually believe it. This dealership is great if you want a brand new car, but if you want to buy a used one, even a Kia approved one with a warranty, be aware that it can be a miserable and frustratingly expensive experience.”

“good at selling cars but any problems or faults,did not want to know on a fault on the car 6to 8 weeks just to take a look.this is my fifth kia ceed with NK MOTORS infuture will go elseware.they used to be good but customer service has deteriated a lot”

“Just collected our 4th new Kia from NK derby, we have purchased all four cars from Auran in sales over the last ten years or so, and i have to say he has been very professional and across every detail, also the handover by Kim was spot on. From sales to servicing this company is first class And I would highly recommend”

So very helpful certainly goes the extra mile to please and get you the car of your dreams I would highly recommend Auran. “I booked a test drive for a Kia Niro At NK motors at Chilwell, Nottingham. I was greeted by Robert Kelsall who showed a great deal of knowledge of the car in question. He was polite and answered all the questions I put to him. The test drive lasted a little over 20mins. This is my first time driving an automatic, but the car was so easy to drive, overall a enjoyable experience. So much so, I decided this was the car, we ended up buying the car. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of buying.”
