“The whole experience of buying my new car was very simple and satisfying. We were made very welcome and there was no pressure selling. I would like to say a big thank you to first of all Rich with whom we had a informal conversation about a new vehicle and then to Dylan who we did the test drive with and also the deal and then onto the financial advisor but unfortunately I can’t remember his name. The young lady who did the hand over was also very professional so all in all we are very satisfied with the whole experience and the coffee isn’t to bad.”

“Communication between yourselves and the customer seems very poor. Our recent experience was disappointing as no one kept us up to date and we had to chase you. Also not very accommodating when request made for specific time slots. Probably wouldn’t take out service plan when car changed as local garage is easier to use.”

“I chose NK Motors to buy a replacement car for my elderly mum who was looking to replace her existing 10 year old car with something newer NK motors had a 2 year old Picanto 1 which fitted the bill perfectly Following arranging to view the car we agreed on a deal to PX mums old car The new Picanto was made available for delivery about a week later and all was good at collection save for the spare key and damp front seats from valeting The spare key was forwarded on within a few days and so far so good with mums new car she is very pleased with it”
